Yogi Bear
I was in my backyard, enjoying the summer heat. I heard my mom yell something but I couldn't figure out what she was saying since I was far away. Coming upon me fast was a dog with a long pink tongue hanging out of the side of its mouth and a fluffy wolf's-like tail wagging behind. It jumped on me, scratching my legs, leaving pink welts, freshly cut. The dog was excited to see me.
It looked at me with hungry eyes, begging for its next meal. I stared back at the dog, adoring its large black snout and softer-than-silk cinnamon red fur with its cowlicks. Just then, it pounced on me, knocking me down upon the ground. It started to lick my face, leaving my face wet and covered in drool. This dog was hungry all right. I laughed.
The dog's name was Yogi Bear. Just like the original 'Yogi Bear' in Jelly Stone Park, this Yogi Bear is always looking for her next meal ticket. Having such an incredible appetite and entertaining character is what makes her special. She makes my whole family laugh because of her cowardly features and funny noises when she sleeps that sounds like a mammoth stuck in a tar pit. My family and I love Yogi Bear so much. She is one of the three best dogs we have.
