She's not the sweetest. Of course not, with perfect little Chloe acting so damn sweet it's no wonder Simon has diabetes. So no, she's not the sweetest. She's not the one everyone wants to save. People don't trip over their feet so they can follow her every whim- they trip over their feet to get away from her.

She's not the one everyone likes, either. She isn't the mediator, doesn't lighten the mood with jokes or draw comic book adventures or keep everyone happy and calm. That's Simon's job, and honestly, she's quite okay with that. She can't even manage to keep herself happy- how would she be able to keep the rest of them feeling okay?

She's not... well, she's not sure exactly what role Derek plays, but whatever it is, she's not that, either.

She knows what they think of her. Annoying, moody, bitchy, third wheel (or in this case, fourth). They don't like her, and she's fine with that, because she's not too fond of them, either. But in her mind, that was a good thing.

Sure, she wasn't about to win most post popular or nicest anytime soon, but that was fine with her. Because while those three had each other to worry about- Derek was constantly complaining about Chloe and Simon and about how they needed to listen to him to be safe, Simon was bemoaning over Derek and Chloe and how he never knew what was going on about them, and Chloe was being her perfect self and trying to save the world without endangering anyone else- the only one Tori had to worry about was Tori.

So yeah, she wasn't the sweetest or most liked. But she was the strongest.

And she would be the one to survive.

Some more Tori loving, this time shorter. I can just totally picture her thinking that not caring about anyone else is a strength and not a flaw. But I love her anyway.
