I've said it so many times;

"I would change my ways.

No, never mind."

God knows I've tried.

He sat on the door step. The other would be out in a moment… he hoped. Their parents were talking. The lighter pair shaking their heads and glaring, the darker pair pleading and begging. It all stopped as the door opened and a dark haired, green eyed boy stepped out. He wore baggy sweat pants and a shirt that had belonged to the other. They were all silent.

The green eyed boy smiled sweetly at his old time friend. He reached out and touched the others cheek. The white gold hair glistened and felt like liquid light in his hand as his tan hand touched it gently. Mercury eyes stared into his and he felt safe. Those warm arms would hold him in a moment and those lips would greet him quietly. They didn't have to be loud about their love; though it wouldn't matter if they were. The whole town knew they were in love.

Those hands touched his hips and the lips touched his, but the fire that had been there was gone. The black haired boy looked into cold eyes with confusion. Then he looked at the sleek black car. The blonde parents. The husband stood tall and proud, his hair to his shoulder blades and his eye black as his suit. The woman's curled hair was in a delicate crown on her head, her sky blue eyes were soft and sad. She stood by her husband, her arm in his, his stance reflected by her.

The boy looked up with scared eyes as he realized the truth. The blonde backed away as the brunette reached to hold him closer. He was shaking his head, his body tense. The boy moved to grab him, but his father -the man he prided himself to look like- held him back. The others name tumbled from his lips as a pleading cry, begging him not to lie. The other looked up, his face cold, but his eyes hot with lies and pain.

"I'm sorry, Harry… I made a mistake…I have to leave… It's time to go. Please. Just say it… I'll still love you the same." Harry closed his eyes tight as the tears spilled forth.

"It's over, Draco… It's all over." Draco smiled and nodded before getting into the car with his parents. As it drove off, Harry fell to his knees sobbing. It was really over… just as Draco had warned him it would be if his parents found out. His love was gone, and he wouldn't be back… not this time or any other. Draco was gone, and Harry was just a memory. He couldn't hate him, but he tried. That was all he needed. To fake hate, and he'd one day believe it… one day.

Call me a sinner, call me a saint

Tell me it's over,

I'll still love you the same

Call me your favorite, call me the worst

Tell me it's over

I don't want you to hurt

It's all I can say

So I'll be on my way.
