Missing scenes
Lee's secret
"I know who you are," Rick said. "I've known since we were in the store," he looked at Lee's panicked face before he continued. "But I trust you, I don't see a reason not to trust you after seeing you protect those girls like they're your own."
"I... Thank you," Lee said.
"I won't say anything to the group, that's your business, but have you said anything to yours?"
"Yeah, I have," Lee said.
"How'd they take it?" Rick asked.
Lee looked around the campfire nervously as he thought on how to approach this subject. He knew he had to be delicate, but he didn't want to sound suspicious. "I... I have something I need to say," he spoke finally.
"What is it, Lee?" Kenny asked his friend.
"My full name is Lee Everett. I-"
"Like that guy who killed that senator for sleeping with his wife?" Mark cut in.
"I... Yes, that was me," Lee sighed.
There was a long silence.
"Holy shit," Mark breathed.
"You... You killed someone?" Kenny asked in disbelief.
"Only one person," Lee defended.
"Holy shit," Mark said again. "You never stroked me as that kind of guy. A teacher- maybe- but a murderer?"
"God, you guys are dense," Becky said suddenly, her voice carrying over the men's shock. "Even I knew who he was, and I'm not even from here," she added.
"You knew?" Lee asked shocked.
Becky shrugged. "You taught my sister and I saw you on the news when you first went on trial. I didn't say anything because it was your business not mine."
'I taught her sister?' Lee thought to himself as he struggled to remember who all his students were.
"And you still went with him?" Doug asked her.
"He didn't give off any bad vibes," Becky shrugged again. "Normally I don't feel relaxed around some people so easily. With him it was different."
"He's also nice and kinda like a dad," Clementine added.
"He's also helped and protected us when we needed it," Carly spoke up.
"I don't think I could ever trust my family with anyone like I do you," Kenny spoke up finally. "You've done nothing but right by us."
"And you saved me from walkers, and I don't think you're a bad person at all despite your past," Doug added.
"I... I don't distrust you or anything," Mark finally said. "It's just hard to comprehend," he added.
"I understand," Lee said. "And you're sure you're not scared?" He asked the girls.
"Yeah," Clementine chirped.
"Like I said, you taught my sister and she looked up to you. I trust you with my life," Becky said as she looked into the fire.
'Who was her sister?' Lee thought to himself as he hugged both girls.
"Better then I thought," Lee answered.
"You're a good man," Rick said again. "Have a nice night."
"You too," Lee said before he went back into his shared tent.
