CHAPTER ONE
Mabel jumped up off the couch with excitement. She looked around at her bored sleepover guests, and smiled. "Guys I have an idea!" Gemcat, Dipper, Candy, Grenda, and Wendy turned to look at her. "Great." Wendy yawned. Mabel glared at her then smiled.
She moved some blankets and stuffed animals away from a wall revealing a closet. "Taa Daa!" she exclaimed. "Since Dipper says there isn't a wizard in here, lets play Seven Minutes in Heavvveeeeeeen!" She looked around the room scanning everyone's mixed expressions. Wendy and Gemcat looked back at Mabel with eyes saying "What?! Why!" Dipper walked backwards away from everyone. He the only boy there, so he was forced to play. Mabel walked over to him and reached for his hat. He slapped her hand away. "Hey! Give me your hat Dip-Stick!" Dipper sighed and handed her his hat, knowing she'd never back down. "Just don't call me that anymore!" he snapped. Mabel rolled her eyes and walked into the center of the room.
"Okay everyone put an item in the hat!" She walked towards them and held it out so everyone could reach.. Candy put in a small metal cat from her favorite board game. Grenda put in her new iPod. Gemcat put in a shiny silver pencil. And finally, Wendy put in her laser pointer. Mabel pulled the hat back, and shook it to mix everything up. "Time to choose Dipper!" she said pushing it into his face. Reluctantly, he closed his eyes and reached into the hat. He opened his eyes and looked into his hand. There he saw a shiny pencil laying in front of him.
His eyes stayed on the pencil for a moment, but suddenly he looked up to see who had put it in. Mabel, Candy, and Grenda started to laugh and Wendy eyed up Gemcat. Dipper looked over at Gemcat and blushed, knowing he would be stuck in a closet with his crush for SEVEN WHOLE MINUTES! After Mabel stopped laughing, she grabbed the two's arms and pushed them into the closet. "Have fun love birds!" she said before closing the door and locking it.
Gemcat landed on top of Dipper, her back on his chest. She quickly got off, and sat down next to him. Luckily it was dark in there, because her face was bright red. Dipper managed to shaikly say to her "Uhhh…. H-Hi Gemcat."
"Hi Dipper." she replied, scooted closer to him. She tipped his hat up and smiled. Dipper gazed into her shining blue eyes. "G-Gem…. I… n-need to tell you s-somthing…" he stuttered. She tilted her head back, and looked at him. "Anything." she said smiling. He leaned in closer, his face inches away from hers. "I-I think I love yo-" Before he could finish, Gemcat looked up at him and smiled. She leaned in and kissed his cheek, putting her hands on his shoulders. Dipper froze as she leaned in and whispered in his ear, "I-I know… I…. Do too…"
She leaned back to her normal spot on the carpet. Dipper stared at her, trying to take everything in. He blushed profusely and managed a smile. "Y-You do?" he said quickly. Gemcat nodded and wagged her tail a little bit. "Yes…. I do. We have four minutes left… What do you wanna do?" Dipper looked at the floor, trying to avoid eye contact. Finally, he looked up and steadied his voice. "This." Shyly, he leaned in, closing his eyes, and kissed her. Gemcat's face was redder than a tomato at this point. She finally closed her eyes, wrapped her arms around him, and kissed back. Suddenly, the door flew open and everyone surrounded the entrance. Some of them were smiling, while others were in complete shock.
