Don't Move, Don't Breathe
By MMG
A man sneaks into a child's house,
No one knows his name.
His footsteps are quiet,
Like a mouse.
He has nothing but internet fame.
...
His face is disfigured,
Bleached to the color white,
Hair singed black,
The child cannot help but stare back.
...
The feeling of being watched floods over you.
All you can see is his carved smile.
A vicious expression, too.
He has been staring at you for awhile.
Don't move,
Don't breathe,
He'll turn you blue.
...
The child wishes he'd go away,
Come back and play some other day.
But he will not go.
No.
He has no reason to go.
...
He approaches you slowly,
You want to scream.
Don't move,
Don't Breathe,
Maybe he'll leave.
...
His knife sparkles a shiny silver,
Like a polished spoon.
Don't move,
Don't breathe.
He'll be there soon.
...
The child opens his mouth to yelp,
Hoping his parents will come to help.
Don't move,
Don't breathe,
There is no way out.
...
Now above you,
Frantically, you struggle.
No one's coming.
Don't move,
Don't breathe.
Just go to sleep.
