A Better Life
Once upon a time in a land far far away, a small girl was born without a name. Soon after her mother died, leaving her in the car of her father. Her father sent her to live with her aunt a kingdom away. There she was mistreated in all the ways her aunt and all the men her aunt brought home with her could think of. She received the barest amount of food to live on, slept in the cellar, and was used as a servant in ways no child should ever be.
Two weeks before her sixteenth birthday her aunt announced that she was to be married on the eve of her birthday. She did not want this. All the men that were presented to her had perversely used her on more than one occasion in their 'dates' with her aunt. She wanted a man who would care for her, give her a name that wasn't it or girl, and love her for who she is.
Her aunt had picked a man for her, he smelled of old socks and rotten meat. She ran from her small room in a dress that had been used many times before for different purposes. When she reached a wood she stopped and cried for the first time in her life. When she sat up there was a small woman watching her sadly. The woman introduced herself as Ezemerelda her fairy godmother and said that she would grant her a wish. The girl thought about it and described her perfect man wishing for him. Her wish was granted.

The King had ordered a week earlier that a pool be inserted into the palace for the task. Ryan was in awe at the beauty of the pool and even more
