Asami adored Korra's eyes.
They were a rich, expressive blue. The most beautiful blue eyes that Asami has ever seen. Granted, contact with people of Water Tribe origins was not a very common assurance. She had seen enough, however, to know that the Avatar's eyes were her best physical feature. They even beat out her gloriously toned body and tanned skin.
When most people, which could be translated to (mostly) men, were caught staring, they most certainly were not looking where they should. A quick glare would usually send them on their way. Asami did not appreciate people excessively ogling her girlfriend, whether they were in the Avatar's league or not.
The heiress made every excuse to see Korra's eyes, much to the Avatar's amusement. The younger girl often commented on Asami's 'obsession' as it had come to be called. The black haired beauty couldn't deny that fact.
She was indeed obsessed those cerulean gems. Asami loved the way they would light up with excitement at the prospect of fighting or eating. She loved the tiny twinkle they held whenever the Avatar would joke around. They still retained their beauty even when swimming with tears.
Asami could drown in those eyes and she would still be the happiest girl in the world.

Author's Notes: Okay, I'll admit it. I imprinted a little of myself on Asami in this story. The moment I saw Korra (from the front) I fell in love with her eyes. They're the most gorgeous eyes I've seen. Other may not agree, and that's fine. I personally adore them.
