A/n: Disclaimer I do not own the clique. I also do not own the lyrics to Back to December T-Swift does.

I know its been awhile but here is a two shot story to keep ya'll interested in my writing. Sorry I have been busy and this is my only day off I have for spring break I work all the other days.

Peace, love, and Halo.

I'm so glad you made time to see me.
How's life? Tell me how's your family
I haven't seen them in a while.
You've been good, busier than ever,
We small talk, work and the weather,
Your guard is up and I know why.

It has been three years since I have been home. Three years is a long time. I figured that he would not want anything to do with me. If I were you, I wouldn't have forgiven me. I was a tease and you were my biggest chaser.

"Thanks for meeting me here," I said as we took a seat at the infamous Slice of Heaven pizza joint. "So how have you been?"

"I have been good but extremely busy with filling out college scholarships." He said looking down at the menu and never once in my eyes.

"Oh that's cool, um so do you have a girlfriend?" I didn't mean for it to come out too quickly but I couldn't help it because I had to know.

"Yeah I have a girlfriend and she's pretty amazing." He said very shortly not even giving me a name. I understand why he is so short because his guard is up and I know why.

'cause the last time you saw me
Is still burned in the back of your mind
You gave me roses and I left them there to die.

The last time I had a conversation with him, went terribly wrong. I was so conceited. I didn't know what was right in front of me before it was too late.

"Hey Massie, I heard about the break up and I thought that you might need some company." Cam Fisher said as he greeted Massie at her front door. Landon Crane had just dumped her for another girl. Massie looked like a mess, her hair was up in a messy bun and she was wearing sweats. Massie hates sweats.

"Cam, thank you for being sweet and all but I don't need anyone." Massie said bitterly. She didn't want anything to do with love or boys. All that ever happened to her was heart break. She would never find love.

"Okay, that's fine but here are some purple roses," Cam said as he handed a bouquet of beautiful roses. Massie grabbed the roses and sighed disappointedly. "Call me if you need anything."

"Okay bye." And with that slam of the door; Massie Block laid the flowers out to die. She hated anything that reminds her of love. Love has given up on her.

That night had been the last night she would have the chance to find true love. She let it walk away. Instead of embracing the hardship of being poor, she ran away to Hollywood and made herself a star.

So this is me swallowing my pride
Standing in front of you saying, "I'm sorry for that night",
And I go back to December all the time.
It turns out freedom ain't nothing but missing you.
Wishing that I realized what I had when you were mine.
I'd go back to December, turn around and make it all right
I go back to December all the time.

"Why exactly did you come back to Westchester when your life is perfect in Hollywood?" Cam asked as he took a bite into his slice of pizza.

"I came back because I wanted to say that I am sorry for that night." I said bravely. He is the only reason why I came back. It is true that my life is better in L.A. but I missed him. It only took me three years to realize it.

These days I haven't been sleeping
Staying up playing back myself leavin'
When your birthday passed and I didn't call.
And I think about summer, all the beautiful times,
I watched you laughing from the passenger side.
Realized that I loved you in the fall

"So what all of sudden you have guilt now?" Cam asked bitterly. I knew that I hurt him, but I didn't know it was this bad.

"I have always had guilt, but also I haven't been able to sleep," I said as I looked down at my untouched salad. "I think about all the good times that we had together, I wish they never stopped."

"You're the reason to blame." I thought he would have been a little more sympathetic but he has changed and so have I.

I don't know what I was thinking to believe he would understand. I could not believe that I used to believe I lived in a fairytale.

I'm so glad you made time to see me.
