Beck was in shock. He sat there as if he could not move. Jade was gone.
We were out on a date in my daddy's car
We hadn't driven very far
There in the road, up straight ahead
A car was stalled, the engine was dead
I couldn't stop, so I swerved to the right
I'll never forget the sound that night
The screamin' tires, the bustin' glass
The painful scream that I heard last.
It was all his fault. Jade was really pissed at him for timing her out and what he had not realized was that she was trying to be empathetic. He wanted to make it up to her and got tickets for a concert she had been dying to see. He took his father's car. His was in the shop. He knew that he had to be careful and make sure his father's car was returned alright. His dad loved that car. Before they got to the concert trouble happened. There was a car that was staled because of a dead engine. He couldn't stop so Beck swerved to the right hoping to avoid the car. The tires screamed. Glass broke and Beck heard a scream from Jade. That was the last thing he heard before he passed out.

He couldn't stand it anymore. He had to be reunited with Jade. The doctor had left the room so he had too much time on her hands to think.
When I woke up, the rain was pourin' down

Beck woke up seconds later. There was rain pouring all the way down. There was something in his eye... blood maybe. He couldn't see. But he found Jade. Jade was able speak weakly. She whispered to Beck.
"Hold me.. just a little while"
He held her close crying and as he kissed her she closed her eyes for the last time. Beck knew she was dead. Beck couldn't stand it. As the doctor left Beck got a pen and stabbed himself in the neck with the sharp end. Luckily he severed the juggular vein. It was only seconds later when he was standing on the shores of a beautiful place. He knew it was heaven. More importantly Jade was there. He ran to her. His arms encired her and he had not lost his life. He found her again. Jade WAS his life.
