A/N This is a short little story I wrote about Scorpius and LilyII. I just like the thought of those two together more than the thought of him with Rose. Sue me.

Hip To My Heart
It was starting. Scorpius really had begun to love it. He didn't know when he did, but he had a feeling it was the only reason he came to the Potter house anymore. Not for Al's company, not for James's prejudice, or even to get in good with Rose. No he came for this reason and this reason only.
Scorpius blocked out whatever it was Rose was saying at the moment, Albus agreeing feverently with her, and leaned against the wall by the door which was cracked the slightest bit. Turning his blond head just slightly, he saw a flick of red hair. It was redder than Rose's, which held more brown, and darker than the Weasley's ghastly ginger colored hair. It wasn't long either, not by any means. It was razored short and a bright red, like strawberries, and pin straight. She was humming something, sliding up and down the hall in her over the knee socks.
And then it came. The only reason he showed up anymore.
"I like your lips like I like my Coca-cola yeah! Oh how it pops and fizzes!" she sung, off key and horridly. He heard the groans of his best mate and his cousin as they heard the tuneless singing of the third Potter child. It was easy to tell that Lily Potter could not sing. Not that it stopped her.
"Merlin, here she goes again. And it's not even cool music, like The Cursers or something," Albus said, standing to close the door. Scorpius looked up then, away from the muggle fanatic Lily Potter and to her older brother who looked down at him strangly. "You alright Scorp?"
Glancing away, the Malfoy heir ran a hand through his shaggy hair. "Yeah, I'm fine," he said over Lily's high pitched words. "She couldn't carry a tune if it had handles, hm?" Laughing he jumped up and stuffed his hands in his pocket. Rose and Al laughed, the first standing as well and rubbing her stomach.
"I'm hungry," she stated, her lips quirked into her weird pout.
"When aren't you hungry," Al joked, ducking out of the way of the shoe that came flying at him. "'lright, 'right. We can go see if mum has something made up." He made his way out the door again, hurrying past a twirling Lily. Rose followed him, casting a shy smile at Scorpius, but his eyes stayed locked on Lily.
She was still singing, her hips moving to the music that came from the earbuds attached to her player device. Some muggle contraption, Albus had called it. His blue eyes went from her hips, hidden along with her bum by a pair of tiny white shorts, to her long, toned, covered legs, only to trace their way back up.
"You know how to get hip to my heart. Tell me now, who! Who! Tell me now who? You!" She was still singing when she caught sight of Scorpius watching her. Lily grinned, her pink lips spreading and showing her teeth. Dancing forward, she grabbed his hands, pulling one then the other, making him sway with her as she quieted her voice. "You play it cool. You play it so coo-ooo-oo-oool. What am I supposed to do? When you play it so cool and I got the hots for you!"
Scorpius swallowed and stayed still as she let go of his hands and danced around him, bumping into him with her bum and continued down the hall, once again singing at the top volume. Really she held no talent for it whatsoever, but she made his heart race.
