The wind blew through the trees, sending decaying leaves on a kamikaze spiral to the ground below. The moon shone through the remains of the dying trees, tendrils of dim light shining on the ground.

An unseen person crept by. Its figure blended into the night, its black garb helping achieve this even more. A black cap covered its head.

The figure stopped walking suddenly, and looked around the desolate sepulcher. Satisfied that it was alone, the figure continued to walk towards the stone in the distance.

A twig snapped behind it. The figure whirled around; hands ablaze with an emerald flame. Nothing emerged from the trees however, and the figure's glow slowly vanished into the darkness.

It sighed, shaking its head and turning back towards its destination. By then, it was only a few feet away from the marble stone in front of it. It stopped walking, and slowly fell to its knees.

It bent its head, and breathed in and out deeply, trying to stave back the painful emotions it was feeling. In sudden irritation and passion, it raised a hand, and pulled the cap off its head.

Pitch black hair cascaded down its shoulders. A hint of green could be seen among the dark hair.

Shego raised her head, and reached out towards the stone in front of her. Her fingers traced the letters engraved in the marble.

Kimberly Ann Possible.

Tears welled up in her eyes as she stared at the gravestone.

"Dammit Princess…" She whispered, not bothering to wipe the tears off her cheek. "Always had to be a hero, didn't you? Nothing was too impossible for Possible, right?" Her eyes blurred as the tears cascaded down. "You never learned.."

Something inside of her finally snapped, and Shego collapsed to the ground. She shook with the force of her sobs, silent yet powerful. Everything that she had kept dammed up inside for so long spilled out, the sudden force of it all overpowering her will.

Finally, the tears stopped flowing, and she could regain control of herself. She slowly brought herself off of the ground, and back onto her knees.

"Why Kimmie? Why did you have to leave?" She managed to say, her voice almost inaudible above the sounds of the night. Her eyes closed as she fought back another wave of tears. "I never got to tell you how much you meant to me…never got to show you how much I needed you…"

The first signs of dawn were starting to show, and Shego noticed them. She wished she could stay there longer; forever. But she knew that she couldn't be seen anywhere near there. A villain doesn't visit the grave of her nemesis.

She stood up against her will, and started to walk away. She got to end of the path, and cast one last look at the hero's grave.

"I loved you, Princess." She whispered before walking out of the cemetery.
