Epilogue files in Resident Evil 3 are hard to get, but very interesting. Here, I take matters into my own hands by taking not only what happens in them, but expanding it into a whole chapter on it's own. Wish me luck. And I don't own any of these characters.

Jill's taxi drove up beside the apartment complex. She paid the driver the fee to get from the airport to here. It wasn't much, but she still had to dig into her pockets for enough change to pay the cab. She wished she still had her cushy job back in Raccoon city, but every time she tought about it, she kept seeing those horrific images play back in her mind. Brad... Joseph... Enrico... all of them gone.

"Hello, I'm here to see a man by name of Chris Redfield.' She was talking to the supposed landlord behind a desk.

"You a cop?"

"Yes." she lied. She wasn't a cop anymore, but she knew how to act like one.

"We heard some loud noises up there in his room and thought you guys might want to check it out."

She was walking up the stairs to the room number Barry told her about. 'Room 23, 2nd floor.' Once she got back together with Chris, they could work together and find a way to take Umbrella down.

She opened the door to his room with key the landlord gave her. It looked like a tornado hit a hurricane. "Oh my god." She stepped inside to take a closer look around. The whole inside of the room was barren, save for the drawer, bed, and television. There were also some papers on the floor in scribbled hand writing. Even the stuff that was supposed to be there was messed up. The Tv had been knocked behind it's stand and the monitor was caved in. The bed was missing a leg and the sheets were all on the ground near it. And the drawer was tipped on it's side, with a self opened and laying outside of the it's compartment.

She picked up all the papers to see if there was some clue as to where or what happened to Chris. Unfortunately, the handwriting was so garbled she couldn't make out anything. She was about to go back to where Barry was staying when something caught her eye.

Lying underneath the bed was a knife. When she picked it up, she instantly recognized it as Chris'. 'He never goes anywhere without this.' she thought to herself. She twirled it around on the ground thinking. Soon she lifted herself off the floor and walked out the room with Chris' knife in hand. 'I'll kepp it safe until I find you again. Then we can put a stop to this madness.'

And fade to black. Tell me what you think in a review please. Until next time...
