From 5x01. :D
Santana greets Kurt with a smile and a wave, before proceeding to hugging him and letting him greet Mercedes and Rachel. She claps with joy as she sees the Warblers come down to the entrance.
Sebastian watches Santana walk down to the next room with Kurt, Blaine, Rachel and Mercedes as he hums in the background. He stands close to Santana, giving her a loving smile. Santana catches his glance and smiles back.
Santana and Mercedes follow Rachel and Kurt as they walk past the room Vocal Adrenaline are in. They start walking down the stairs and stop as Blaine continues singing.
"Love is all you need, love is all you need, love is all you need"
They hear Blaine serenading Kurt on the steps of Dalton Academy. Santana could not be anymore happier for her best friend, who was about to get engaged for the first time.
"He loves you, yeah yeah yeah. He loves you, yeah yeah yeah"
Santana sneaks a peek at Sebastian as she hears those lyrics. Sebastian looks at her and gives her a smile and a wink as he keeps hitting the beats of the song. She blushes and looks down at her feet.
Blaine finishes singing and they all clap. He says a speech about how they met the first time on the steps, and took Kurt's hand even though he had never taken a stranger's hand before. Then, they hear him pop the question.
"Kurt Hummel, my amazing friend, my one true love, will you marry me?"
They wait for Kurt's answer for a long moment before ..
"Yeah"
They erupt and yelled out in happiness for the happy couple.
After celebrating for half an hour, Santana walked to the library to get her coat. She enters and sees Sebastian carrying it for her.
"Hey. Happy day, right?" Sebastian greets her.
She nods with a smile on her face. "I'm happy for Kurt and Blaine. I just wish they would wait a few more years"
"I agree, but love is love."
She walks closer to him and Sebastian opens his arms. She enters them and hugs him tightly.
"I love you, yeah yeah yeah" Sebastian quietly sings in her ear. Santana laughs and slaps his chest lightly before she sings.
"I love you, yeah yeah yeah" She sings back to him.
They slowly lean in and capture each other in a blissful kiss. They slowly pull away, only to capture each other's lips once more. Air became a necessity and they pulled away completely.
"I love you, my handsome boyfriend" Santana tells him.
"And I love you, my beautiful girlfriend" Sebastian tells her.
They smile at each other and Sebastian kisses her forehead. He helps her put on her coat before putting on his own. He takes her hand and they walk out of Dalton together.
Just something that came to mind after re-watching Blaine's performance in 5x01.
