1 Android 16's Motives
This is Android 16 here. If you were wondering how I could be writing this after Cell destroyed me it is because Android 18 has a copy of my memory that she salvaged from Dr. Gero's Lab. She has asked me to explain my motives during the Cell game. Dr. Gero originally created me to destroy Goku but my emotions chipset was adjusted to make it so my only purpose was Goku's assassination. But he made a few mistakes when adjusting it. While I longed to kill Goku I could not stand to see any other life die, even artificial life such as Androids 17 and 18. For this reason I had to fight Cell. I got quite frustrated at the Androids for not heading my warnings and they were absorbed in the end. After here my memory is a little damaged but I remember Cell humiliating Vegeta and Trunks. From there I was sent to the Capsule Corp. HQ to be repaired by Bulma and her father. Once they had fully repaired me I headed to the Cell Games where I protected Hercule. Many people have asked why I did this. It is because Hercule is a living creature that I must protect. Once Gohan started fighting I needed to help the boy so I went to self detonate but I could not and Cell shattered my body. Once the Cell Jr. appeared I got Hercule to bring me to Gohan. He was quite brave for doing so and he played a key part in the destruction of Cell. I obviously have no memory of the Cell Game after that as my head was crushed but apparently Gohan was spectacular.
