A/N- I actually wrote this a while ago and am just now deciding to put it on fanfic. This is Yaoi (boyXboy) SasuNaru. Don't like, don't read. It's actually more a poem-like thingy. It takes place during the time with Haku on the bridge. R&R. Enjoy! -

I Love You, I Swear

I hated you, I swore
I would never lose to you, I promised
The competition, I strove for
In pain, I grimaced

You hated me, You said
You're better than me, You claimed
Yet, you circled through my head
Your name lustfuly shamed

He attcked with merciless blows
But to no avail
How many times he hit, Only Heaven knows
Still, You continued to prevail

But then, He came at me
Quick and swift, He left no time to think, blink, or even breathe
I was fallen to my knee
Only sat to await, a dreadful heave

But none came, To my surprise
And it was you I saw, When I opened my eyes

Drenched with blood, That metalic crimson
Remembeering our last moments, Your mind was at ease

I sat up abruptly, To catch you in my arms
Tears welling up at the sight of pale, hazed, onyx eyes
Only readable expression: Determination to protect me from all harms
My face burried into your limp body, If only to muffle the cries

Later you would claim: "My body moved on it's own..."
But I won't beleive such a senseless drone

Here you lye, Seemingly lifeless in my hands

I loved you, I swore
To avenge you, I promised
The competition, I longed for
In pain, I grimaced

The attempts, I failed
Cold shreiks, I cried
I have not prevailed
To save my precious one, Who died

In another's hands, The job was done

But you awoke, In the midst of it all
And even I, Was startled by my call

"Sasuke, I love you. Don't leave me again."
And what I felt, Was not a slap from your hand
But a brush of lips over lips
And a said, "I love you too, dobe."

And not once did I hear: "My body moved on it's own..."
But loving nips, teases, and maby a few moans...

Time moves on
And you are still here with me
You haven't left
And I know you love me

And I feel the same

I love you, I swear
I'll never leave you, I promise
The competition is sometimes still there
But no pain is grimaced

...I love you I swear...
