A Japanese queen named Sakura who loved to sit underneath the cherry blossom tree. Her short pink hair and her soft green eyes would catch any man in her net, but she found someone she loved Lee. He has bowl haircut with a ponytail that is breaded that goes down to his muscle shoulder not too buff just enough not to scare the ladies away. His kimono long and flowing just like Sakura's but his is light green with dark green patterns at the end of his sleeves.
Lee's kimono brings Sakura's eyes to life every time she is near him wearing that. Every afternoon the queen goes underneath the tree started to dream. One of the young maids named Ino saw her sleeping. Ino was taking in after her parents died in a fire, but the only family she had is her twin brother named Deidara. He went off to be a samurai and sends her letters by a brown hawk with black tip feathers. She smiled and went inside Sakura's room and saw her fiancée Lee. Sakura was a princess from the neighboring kingdom, so their parents made sure that they knew each other because they didn't want to force them to marry someone they didn't know. So the parents made play dates for them at each other kingdoms. So when the time came for Lee to pick his bride. He chose Sakura and got married in the spring. Where the all the flowers are in bloom and the birds sings their beautiful melody. The parents were happy.
Spring was Sakura favorite seasons and Lee had decided to have their wedding in the spring. He wanted her to be happy and she was. The young maid told him that his love was sleeping underneath the cherry blossom tree. He smiled seeing it was a gift from her father. He looked around and saw a small vase sitting next to table then had idea and asked the maid if she would bring pebbles. She came back with light blue pebbles and handed it off. He dismissed her and placed it inside the vase.
Outside the lords home is a beautiful garden and a koi pond at the end of it. The cherry blossom tree is in the center of the garden. He walked out heading towards the well and drew some water out placing the small vase on the ground. Then without waking up his sleeping bride he broke a small branch with the flower on it and placed it in the vase. When Sakura woke she saw her husband holding a small vase with branch coming out of it.
She asked her husband if he had watched her sleeping. Her husband only smiled. Lee told her that one of their maids saw her sleeping and came to him. He asked why she was sleeping underneath the tree. Sakura stood up grabbed her husband's hand. She dusted off dirt away from her red kimono with white flowers all over and her hair up in a bun with a butterfly comb in it. She told him why she was sleeping underneath the tree. Her reason was when she was little her mother would tell stories and she fell asleep on her mother's lap while she stroke her daughter's head. She felt safe and at peace. After she got married, her mother died. So when she sits or dreams underneath the tree she is reminded about her mother. When she told him he gave her the small vase and kissed her on the lips. He kept his hand on her cheek with smile. They walked back to their palace to get something to eat. The branch from the tree and the small vase are memories that her mother and a kindness of her husband shared with her. From that day on everywhere Sakura went the small vase would follow.
