My Terrible Fate
A Shakespearean Sonnet:
As I descend into the depths of the Terminal
I'm in utter shock and disbelief.
I find myself entrenched in denial
An emotion I cannot help in my time of grief.
Like a king betrayed by his subjects
My anger continues to worsen.
like a tortured soul with many regrets
I can't help but bargain.
Like a mother who's lost her young ones
I am heartbroken and depressed.
Like a song that has frequently been sung
My end feels endless.
Tears roll down my cheek
Until I reach my acceptance peak.
