i dont own the characters or the song that inspired this. please review this is the first time i have ever posted and i would like feedback
Soft laughter came from the garden. I wandered in… curious about the noise. And I saw her; a little girl, blond and pale, was holding a cat in her tiny lap. I watched her warily and crept closer; ever closer.
"Have you brought me what you promised, Aaron?" the little girl stroked the cat even though it was clear that the poor thing was trying to get away. I wished to back away but only moved nearer to her as though I was a magnet with no free will. She looked up at me and smiled.
"What was I supposed to bring you?" my voice shook in fear of this girl. She smiled at me again and chills were sent up my spine. I looked wildly around but no one was there; no one but me, a cat and this creepy little girl sitting in a dead garden.
The cat had finally got out of her arms and was trying to get out of the garden but suddenly there was no way out. This meant I was trapped too. "Oh Chesh,' she said to the cat. "You know you cannot escape Wonderland." She turned her attention back to me. "You were supposed to bring back a pardon so that all the fruits can again fill the garden. That was the deal last time for me to set you free."
"I don't know what you're talking about. And how do you know my name?" I knew that at this point my eyes were wide with fear I couldn't stop, fear I couldn't control.
She came up to me and stretched to her tiptoes, "Wake up Aaron. Please don't forget me next time." Suddenly her eyes went all black and then she started to claw and bite my flesh till I wake up where it seemed no one cared about my screams.
I jerked up in bed to find that I was surrounded by white walls and no windows. A nurse came in the doors and smiled sweetly at me. "Good morning Aaron. Are you ready for your daily medicine?" her hair was blond and her skin, wane. I looked up at her in confusion and fear because she reminded me of the little girl. I saw that her name was Alice. She measured out green liquid into a vial and then fitted it to a long thin needle. She came at me and then I broke free knowing that it might be my last chance to ever escape.
Swiftly I bashed her head against the wall and was entranced by the beautiful red liquid flowing from her head. I run out the door and am embraced by the warm sunlight. Rejoining society is wonderful since I can now get rid of all the Alices. Watching them, following them, killing them, all because of that one little girl, it was all her fault.
This new one looks almost exactly like her. I pretend to be her friend, asking her what type of hat she wanted, if she liked tea etc. If they could answer my riddle the Alices would have been spared. But none of them ever did and none of them ever gave me a pardon either. So as punishment for their crime, off goes their heads. And they look so beautiful with the hats… my hats.
I laugh insanely at the newspaper headline that nicknames me the Mad Hatter since I leave all the Alices with a perfectly fitted hat. I never got to give the little girl her pardon because I never saw her again.
The bee does quickly sting
I was wondering
If you could maybe darling
Think? I'd give everything
if you'd grant my love a pardon
and all the fruits
again would fill the garden

I will come for you next, if you're an Alice. Beware my madness, they say it's contagious.
