Beckett banged her hand against the door.

she was standing in a hotel hallway outside room 312 in just a towel. She heard footsteps coming towards the door and a man opened the door and said:
Stop banging on the freaking door bitch, I ain't no Castle!
She looked the man in the eyes and said

Beckett pulled the towel of so her vest was visible, as normal it said "police", the man pushed the door against Beckett, but she wouldn't let that stop her, she ran after the guy as he jumped of the balcony and towards the pool that was eight floors down. Esposito and Ryan was standing on the ground and watched the man fly through the air when Ryan said
Why do they always have to…, Ryan didn't get any longer before the man hit the ground and Javier said

Castle came out on the balcony and stood behind Kate,
well glad that ain't me you chased, maybe I would have done the same
Kate turned around and looked Castle in the eyes
am I that horrible? Kate asked
No, Castle answered, you are that scary.
He smiled to Kate and kissed her cheek, Kate smiled at Castle as they walked out of the room and down to the pool where Javier and Ryan was standing looking at the guy that jumped. They had just turned him over on his back so Kate could identify the killer.
That's him, that's the guy that killed my mother, Kate said and walked away.
Back at the precint Kate had started working on the papers for the case when the phone rang.
Hey Kate it's Lanie, I've got some bad news, Lanie said over the phone,
like what? Kate asked, she started thinking about the murder and that the killer had jumped 8 floors down to land in a pool, which he failed to do.
Well, the guy that jumped, he ain't the killer, Lanie said
Kate was speechless, how could she let this happen again? Let the killer get away right under her nose. She felt the anger built up inside her, all she felt was that she had disappointed her mother again with not finding and catch the guy that killed her.
How could you know that? Kate asked
Well, the DNA from your mother's case doesn't match at all, Lanie said, I'm so sorry Kate, I really wanted this to be him.
No, don't apologize, it's not your fault, it's mine, I should have seen it, Kate said and hung up.
Castle walked over to Kate, he sensed that something was wrong.
Who was it? Castle asked.
It was Lanie, the guy that died earlier today isn't my mothers killer, all we know is that Bracken is the one that ordered the shoot and kill of my mother, but we don't know who it was that actually fired the shoot, Kate said, Bracken is already in prison for what he did, but he won't tell me who the killer is!
Well, all we need right now is for you to stay positive and calm, Castle said, why don't you come over to my place and we can order some dinner?
Yeah, that would be nice, Kate said, I'm just gonna put the files away and grab my coat first.
Kate stood up, putted the files away and grabbed her coat. As they were walking out of the precint a dark SVU pulled up infront of Castle and Kate. Five men came out and grabbed them, they pulled both of them into the trunk of the car. The last thing they both saw, before they fainted of some gass, was Alexis standing on the street witnessing everything.
