I stood among the remains of the dark tower, with a corpse at my feet, a horn through my shield, and a small pond of blood coating the bottom of my boots.

I did it. I seriously doubted that I could, but in the end, I pulled through.

I looked around, admiring my work. The wall of flames soon subsided, and I crossed over to check up on the Princess. Zelda appeared fine, but one could never be too sure. For a few minutes, we just stared at each other in disbelief, until Princess Zelda decided to break the silence.

"So, you managed to actually do it, didn't you. That bastard is finally dead?"

"It appears so," I replied, still slightly wary of the dead body. I finally found my sheath, and put the Master sword inside.

After a mental debate, I pulled Ganon's horn from my shield, placed my trophy in my sack. I still have no Idea how it can hold all of my weapons.

I took Zelda to the water temple, and asked the Zora king to accommodate her until the castle was rebuilt. Although reluctant at first, after a bit of begging from the other Zoras, he finally agreed. Zelda requested that I return the master sword to the temple of time, and warn her of the calamity.

After a good night's sleep, and a few too many swigs of beer, I made my way back to the Temple of Time. I lightened my load, knowing I would not be able to carry as much as I was able to after I returned to the past. Boy, time travel is confusing!

I lowered the heavy sword back into the pedestal, and I felt myself gradually growing smaller, untill I was the size of an average kokiri boy. I opened my eyes, and quickly paced across the room to get used to my younger body.

After a couple of minutes, I exited the room. I played the song of time in reverse, and the doors shut. I placed the legendary stones in my sack, and strode out to hyrule town. I blinked a few times to make sure that I was not dreaming.

Life would never be the same ever again.
