The fluffy silver-and-white kit gazed in awe at the world around her. The light was dimming, way after sunhigh. The clearing was bustling with cats moving back and forth, rushing out and giving orders. Her white eyes widened in awe. She couldn't wait until she was old enough to go outside with her siblings. She yawned, and bounced back to her mother, Vixensong, and settled down with her siblings: Emberkit and Adderkit. She snuggled close to her mother's soft fluff and put herself to rest.
