Gosh Darn Pretty
Tori and Jade have a little talk. Also, it's fluff I guess.
A/N: This is mah first fanfiction, like EVER. So uhm, be nice.
She's really pretty. Tori thinks to herself, while staring at Jade. The shape of her face, the bluey green of her eyes, the oddly complimentary eyebrow piercing, it was just…really pretty. Not quite conventionally pretty, but Jade was beautiful like some kind of ghost. A pretty ghost with blue steaks in her hair and she wanted to hold hands with and-
She had to stop thinking like that. Crushing on Jade: Not a good idea. Telling her would be worse, though. So, she'd sigh and look at Jade and her pretty face and hope her feelings eventually fade out.
"You're so gosh darn pretty." Tori says without realizing it.
Jade's eyes pop open, a startled look on her face. She stiffens before relaxing. She turns to Tori, and asks "What?" rather sharply. Tori looks surprised, a teeny bit scared, and very flustered. She's also blushing.
"Oh, nothing. I was thinking and it kind of just came out of my mouth." There was an awkward silence as they sat there on the stairs in the hallway. After what felt like forever or forty seven seconds, Jade said something mildly unexpected.
"You…think I'm pretty?" Jade says, in an oddly vulnerable kind of way.
"Well, yeah. You're gorgeous sometimes." Tori said.
"Yeah, well you're-you're pretty!" Jade said, sounding oddly angry compared to her statement. Tori blushed at that moment, feeling like she was on fire.
"R-really? I'm pretty?" Tori asked, sitting upright awkwardly.
"Yeah, you're fucking beautiful with your cheekbones and your big brown eyes and just…God Tori, you're just beautiful." Jade said, holding her head in her hands and sighing.
I'm…beautiful? Tori thought to herself, with a look of happy surprise all over her face. Tori and Jade looked into each other's eyes for a second of a century, thought about kissing, didn't, and sat silently, feeling a bit better about themselves.
And scene! So, uhm, review it if you can. Thankies!
