I'm sitting on a hill

I'm sitting on a hill. A warm body is behind me, holding me close. He's nothing but a shadow. But as the sun rises, I can see more. His eyes are almond in shape and the brightest cornflower blue. His skin, so pale he's almost translucent. With hands fit for a pianist, he plays with my hair. His lips are the softest pink; you would think they were painted on. His hair, the deepest brown, it almost looks black, gently brushes the collar of his shirt, the first few buttons undone. He wears a pendant, a green snake with blood red eyes constricted around a heart of purest white. I love running my fingers through his hair, it feels like the finest silk ever crafted and tickles when he leans down to whisper in my ear.

Your face is shadowed. Sitting on a hill,

Watching the sunrise I'm in your arms.

Your almond eyes stare at me alone.

Your skin so deathly pale. With your long fingers,

You brush away hair from my neck. Push it past my ear.

Standing, you tower above me. Reach out your hand

I'll take it always. Never falter when you ask.

Lights of different colors Sparkle around like stars

Down below I'm watching A battle breaks loose

Dressed in robes of green and blue You simply smile

Watch the lights Aren't they beautiful like you

See the destruction Tt's all for nothing

Midnight descends The moon cries it aggravation

Time stands still Reach out your hand I'll always take it

Fields of black flowers, weep out their sorrow.

Hold me close as the battle goes on. Don't let me go.

It's raining. Not water. Never water.

Bleed every drop, every singe. Doesn't stain or leave a sign.

Slide off and leave us be. Feel cool against my bare skin.

No bodies no blood, except that which is falling.

On ground stained crimson, wade through to me.
