Arendell was a somewhat boring kingdom since the princesses Anna and Elsa never left the castle and the only excitement to have was to just wonder why they never left. There were rumors that the princesses were different from normal people, or even going as far to say they were not human or had special powers, but that was it. Just rumors, luckily for the citizens of the kingdom the older princess, Elsa, turned 21 and she would have a coronation officially making her queen in a couple of days. For the first time in 12 years the castle gates are going to be open to the public for a party, it may not sound like much but to them it is like the equivalent of the gods descending from the sky. And even luckier for the citizens who can't wait someone new arriving to Arendell will be enough to fill their need for new people to wonder about.
A man who almost looked like a monster with a curved sword on his back walked into the city from the surrounding forest and mountains. His metal mask had a skull design on it and had black glass over the eyes, hiding all possibility of knowing what he looked like. His black armor had scratches on it and like the mask covered all openings on his upper body; underneath the armor was a black long sleeve shirt. A tattered cape draped from his shoulders and onto the ground. To complete the demon like appearance his armored gloves ended in 6 inch claws.
15 guards ran to stop the strange man. "Stop, why are you here?" The captain of the guard said. The man was a bit shorter than the rest of the guards. "I am just passing through." The man said in a dark tone. "You are dressed like a monster that is a bit hard to believe." Captain Morro. "Do whatever you have to I won't fight back." A guard looked to the captain. "What do we do with him?" The captain put his sword away. "I have no idea. I have never thought we would deal with anyone like him." The rest of the guards put their swords away. "We could take him to the queen, she might have something for him to do." A guard said. "You want to put the life of the queen in possible danger? Are you simple or something?" The captain said. "He said he wasn't gonna fight back."
"Then you cuff him." The captain tossed shackles to the guard. The man put his arms out. "Come and get me." He taunted. The guard hesitantly put the shackles on the armored wrists, and like he said he didn't fight back.
The guards escorted him through the streets of Arendell, the entire city watched this man. He could hear soft conversations like, "What is that?" and "It's a monster." and his favorite "Unholy beast." He smiled under his mask the entire time as they led him through the streets. "So, what is this place called?" he asked the closet guard. "Arendell." The guard said and continued to walk forward.
