Flash backs
\/ Scene change
"They're cute; do they like you as much as you like them?" An elderly lady sits in a chair.
"Grandma would you please just drop it?" A blushing boy whispers not to wake his younger brother who is asleep.
\/
"Hey mom look at me!" The same boy runs in with a camera towards his mom.
"Smile!" He snaps a photo of his mother cooking. He giggles.
\/
My name is Heba which means game in Egyptian. Last name Motou.
"Bye Heba!" A man with golden hair and amethyst eyes waves smiling.
"Bye dad!" A happy boy run's out the door towards his school. Along the way he bumps into two boys.
"Heba; your beautiful." They smile at him as he blushes.
\/
I was 13 years old when I was murdered.
"Your the Motou boy right?" A shadowed figure asks. A thump is heard.
On June 6, 1999.
\/
"We couldn't find him Mrs. Motou. We're very sorry." A officer stands in their kitchen as Mrs. Motou' tears fell down her face. Mr. Motou holds her also crying.
"Dad? Heba's dead isn't he?" The teary eyed Yugi asked tugging on his fathers coat.
\/
"You miss him don't you?" A girl with brown hair and sad blue eyes asks the two boys standing across from her.
"He's gone!" A depressed Atem yells hitting the wall. Yami is crying heavily and his knees give out making him sink to the floor.
"What if he isn't? What if he's still here?" The girl whispers.
\/
My brother soon found the one thing left of me; my journal.
"Grandma." Yugi tugged his grandma's dress; his grandmother turned.
"Heba's in the in between." The grandmother's eyes widened in shock.
\/
I wasn't gone. I was alive in my own perfect world, but in my heart I knew it wasn't perfect. My murderer still haunted me.
A phone rings.
"Gentlemen."
"What?"
"Heba would never go off with a stranger it must of been someone he knew! I have a name for you." Mr. Motou confronts police.
"This is police work! This is what we do." A police man yells at the man.
\/
My father had the pieces, but he couldn't make them fit.
Glass shatters as a female voice yells.
"You have a tomb in the middle of your house!" It screams.
\/
I waited for justice, but justice did not come.
"Your the Motou boy right?" A shady figure smirks.
"Dad!" A desperate voice yells.
\/
"There's definitely something wrong with this person!" The father yells at the police.
"Why won't you listen to him?!" Yugi yells.
"Because you need evidence." The police man says firmly.
"You need proof."
\/
"Your the Motou boy right?" A figure says knife in their hand.
"No!" A voice screams into the night as a boy runs blindly through the woods the figure close at his heels. Suddenly he stumbles and falls to the ground he turns over and the figure is mere feet from him.
"HELP!" The boy screams.
Most of this chapter was inspired by a movie trailer just a little tweaked so I don't own any of the current plot but it will become my own later on. I do own Rosella, Maxwell and Claris Motou.
Thank you for reading this story. I will try to update soon.
