Red Cross Part2
Did you ever wake up one day and had no clue where you are? It happens more often when people just woken up from either from being knocked out or from a terrible car accident. At time people tend to wake up not even knowing who they are, but what happened to Yin is something that you will find out if you read along.
Waking up, Yin quickly rose up and lowered her legs off the edge of the metal table. Looking around, she saw that she was in a dark alley-way surrounded by darkness. The only source of light came from the moon shining down on her. There was a sudden movement coming towards her right and soon she was able to see a dark figure's outline similar to the one in the forest.
"W-who…who are you?" Yin asked, frightened.
"My name is not important right now!" The male's voice snapped at her. "I heard that you and your friend are out to find and kill me and my buddy, is that true?"
"I have no idea what you are talking about." Yin lied.
In a blink of an eye, the figure came dashing out of the darkness, and pulled out a long sword, blade covered in blood, and placed it close to Yin's neck. He grabbed Yin's back hair holding it tightly and said, "Can you smell the blood on my blade? It's the smell of all the past vampires I have killed. If you don't tell me the truth I will kill you and your friend."
Yin swallowed, than said, "Yes is true, but I promise to not kill you and your friend if you please not hurt my friend and I!" Yin cried.
The blade was now even closer to her neck as the stranger said, "You vampires all sicken me. My parents were killed by one of you!" The stranger yelled angrily.
"Calm down Ken," said a voice from another male emerging from the darkness. "I'm sorry that my friend has frightening you. My name is Matt by the way. Ken, can you move away from our guest?" Matt said.
Lowering his sword, Ken made his way to Matt's side. Looking at his short-cut blonde hair and blue eyes made Yin wish she wasn't a vampire. Ken had steel black armor that completely covered his body except his head, while Matt wore a black tuxedo, white shirt and a black tie. They both had two long swords in one of their hand; Matt's sword was clean though, but the sight of the sword send a chill up Yin's spine.
"Why did you capture me?" Yin asked.
"If we wanted to kill you we would have tied you on a cross and let you burn in the morning sun but, no, we need your help." Matt said. "It is said that the deadliest vampire can only be killed by one of his family member. He was brought back to life about a month ago and we were able to get a blood sample from him. Our computer tells us that you are his only living family member, his daughter. If we don't kill him now than by midnight tomorrow the vampire world and the human world will come to one, meaning that the vampires and humans will live in fear from one another. Will you help us?"
Yin looked down thinking about the things Ruby had told her a while back about doing what she wants in life and about her dad she has never seen her dad once. Just then, Matt placed his finger underneath her chin so she was now looking straight at his beautiful blue eyes.
"I will." Yin said.
"Thank you. Here is our plan," Matt started saying.
As Matt tells Yin of the plan of the deadly quest that they will soon be embarking on, all the things that went though Yin's mind was how come she never knew that her dad was a vampire wanting to create a world where everyone will live in fear. Also where has he been all this time? Her mom had told her long ago that a human had killed him outside of the gate and they had never found his body. Guess what they say is true and all secrets are hidden in the darkness.
