Hey there. This is my first fanfic. I plan on making a series of this so well enjoy! NOTE: THIS TAKES PLACE BEFORE PART 2!!!
One day in Konoha the 5th Hokage called all the Jonin and their Genin to the Hokage Mansion. "I have an announcement to make," Tsunade said, "just to change things up a bit. I'm going to change the teams up and give them new group numbers." "WHAT!?!?!?!?" exclaimed Naruto. "I know this is a shock but we're trying to get more balanced ninja squads," said Tsunade, "so here are the new teams."
"Team 1, Kakashi, Shikamaru, Hinata, Rock Lee. Team 2, Asuma, Naruto, Kiba, Ino. Team 3, Kurenai Neji, Sakura, Shino. And Team 4, Guy, TenTen, Sasuke, Choji." "Well, this should be interesting," said Kakashi. "Alright everyone DISSMISSED!"
So then all of the teams set out for training. All of a sudden a The Sound 5 invaded konoha. It consisted of Jirobo, Tayuya, Kidomaru, Sakon/Ukon, and Kimimaro. Tsunade sends out Team 2 to defeat them. "Alright this is my time to shine. Believe it!" exclaimed Naruto. "Alright team lets fight our best," said Asuma. "Right!" said Kiba, Ino, and Naruto.
However little did they know that Kimimaro went ahead of the others and hid in the trees for an ambush after some of Team 2 was weak. Asuma fought Jirobo, Naruto fought Kidomaru, Ino fought Tayuya, and Kiba fought Sakon/Ukon. The battle was long and painful for all. Asuma easily beat Jirobo, Naruto pulled off a last second win on Kidomaru with the Nine-tailed fox's power, Kiba actually disappeared, and Tayuya defeated Ino. The Naruto destroyed Tayuya, and then Asuma disappeared. Kimimaro stepped in and Naruto had to retreat for now.
