Hashirama died, but was brought back by the Shinigami, who has taken interest in Naruto. Now being raised by a caretaker with TWO bloodlines, will life get better for Naruto? Naruto has to cope with being the Shodai Hokage's son, AND a fluffy demon who wants to become his 'friend'.

Chapter 1

A New Day

(I don't own Naruto but if I did Obito wouldn't have gone insane)

(? P.O.V)

The last thing I remember before dying was seeing the man that tried to take down my pupil, Hiruzen Sarutobi. I took the hit and before the blackness faded in I heard his sobs. The one question he asked me, before we went to war; has been bugging me ever since he asked. "What would happen..? If you.. if you were to die..?" I answered, knowing full well that battle would be my last. "Well... If i died Tobirama would take my place until you could. But why do you ask?" He answered back, "I don't know Hashirama-sensei, I just have a bad feeling about this battle..." My thoughts were at the time; 'Does he feel it too?, The feeling of death?'. I heard my name being called and I saw the Shinigami and my younger brother. I stood and left the battlefield. After we arrived the Shinigami told me of what was to happen, to some child named Naruto.

He told me he would be tortured by Konoha, and the only people who would have cared for him would be one of his teachers, his father's pupil, and my pupil Hiruzen. He told me this could be altered, by me. He said I could take the boy in and raise him as my own son. There was only one problem. I WAS DEAD. The Shinigami simply laughed and said, "Not for long Hashirama Senju. Soon you'll be back and you'll train him with his two new bloodlines." 'What! Two bloodlines? But I only have one!'. The Shinigami laughed at my confusion and continued, "One of them being your mokuton, and the other is Hyoton. You'll be granted both as evolved forms of the kekkei Genkai. This meaning you can control any type of plant and any type of water, ice, or steam, Got it?"

It took me a few minutes to take this in. So I, as in the shodai hokage, was to become even more powerful, and go into the future to raise a child? I saw the future of that child, and I couldn't turn it down. 'Not like I had a choice anyway...' So after he infused my DNA with the bloodlines he knocked me out and threw my body into the portal.
