What if Mark and Lexie never died, and Derek didn't either? This is going to be with the main cast in season 8, and Mark and Lexie never died. How would their lives be changed?

I'm using most of the season 10 characters, but with Mark and Lexie. Anyways, this is what I wanted to happen on the show, so I decided to publish it on here. There will be more, but this is sort of just the information part.
