I'm not quite sure how this came to me, but I've had this idea for a while…it's just a totally random oneshot.
Disclaimer: I don't own Yumeiro Patissiere.
There were a lot of things about Koshiro Miya that pissed me off.
How clingy she was, her looks, her attitude…all things that were annoying to me.
But out of all the things that annoyed me about her, I could easily decide on one that pissed me off the most.
Her laugh.
Though I had a hard time dealing with Miya when she clung to me, or when she got into her bossy attitude (which was all the time), or anything else about her, I could deal with it, if only a little. It was her laugh that made me want to just find that fastest flight out of the country and hide on some remote island where that God-awful sound (if it deserved to be called that) would not reach me.
I don't know why no one else seemed bothered by it.
To them, it was normal.
I mean, it was normal to me, too (I hear it every day), but even from the start—they acted like it was nothing.
I did not understand that.
How could they deal with it?
Because I sure as hell couldn't.
At least not for much longer.
Tilting my head to look up at the screen that blared above me in the middle of the street, I saw Miya. Again.
There she was—laughing her head off, talking about me, and advertising her father's company.
Yes.
It was definitely her laugh that pissed me off the most.
I wonder how long it would take to book a flight out of Japan at this hour...?
So was it good? Not-so-good?
It was way shorter than I was going to make it (I most of the time make oneshots around 2,000-4,000 words, but this one was hella short), but I think it turned out okay—at least in the writing.
Thanks for reading, leave a review if you want (I'd appreciate it!).
