Stephaine

When my parents asked me what I wanted to do this summer, they never would have guessed that I would want to go and see my Uncle Milford in Lazytown. I'm not kidding, that is the name of the town. And my uncle is the Mayor. He's been trying to see me for a long time, and at last my parents said yes!

Right now, I'm walking up the road that goes into town. I'm surprised that I don't hear any kids playing. It is summer afterall, and who dosen't like to play outside in the summer?

"Oh Stephanie! Stephanie, over here!" I hear someone shout my name. I look toward town hall and I see my uncle Milford, jogging over this way. I smile and break out into a run, giving him a hug.

"Hi uncle. It's so good to see you." I say happily.

"Oh yes, and it's so wonderful that you decided to visit. I couldn't stop talking about it all week." We laugh at his phrase. Uncle Milford does mean well, but he also admits to being a nervous wreck at times. It's a wonder he ended up being mayor. And he him-self said that, so its not me being mean.

"Uncle, where are all the other kids?" I ask while he takes my bags.

"Oh my. I believe they are at Pixle's house. You see Stephanie, Lazytown was once the most active town in the country. But now, all the kids want to do is eat junk food and be lazy all the time." I look confused, and he leads me to his office library.

"It's written down in the History of Lazytown. One day, roughly a centery ago, a stranger came into town, looking for the most laziest town. Due to the name of the town, he thought Lazytown would be the best option. But, once he saw all the people were active, he went crazy. He gathered up all the sports equipment and destroyed them. And with no one to stop him, Lazytown has been Lazy ever since." Wow, that's why there was no one playing.

"Wait, wasn't there a hero here once uncle? My parents told me there used to be." I ask, feeling hopeful.

"Oh, yes, well, he left way before the stranger came to town. The only thing he left was a card with the number nine on it." Oh, well, so much for playing then. Maybe I can play video games with the rest of the kids.

"Uncle, do you know where Pixles house is?" I ask.

"Why, certainly. Its the house with the, uh, rather large soup bowl on the roof." He replies, pointing to the house. I laugh as the "soup bowl" is really a satellite dish.

"Thanks Uncle!" I say, giving him a hug.

"Oh, yes. Any time Stephanie." He says as I rusg out the door. Hopefully, I can make some new friends.

Stupid oven can't make a peice of cake right. EVER! Luckily, its broken. My invention NEVER burns a piece of cake.

"MMMMMMMMHMMMM. CAKE!" I shout happily and walk over to the pariscope. I take a bite of cake before looking through the town.

"Ah, perfect! Everything is going to plan. Lazytown will be the laziest town in the country. AND IF ITS NOT, he he he, I'll make it that way. HA HA HA HA HA!"

I grew up watching Lazytown, and was sad when I learned Stefan died. This is MY(See what I did there?) take on lazytown. Maybe new plots, maybe a series. Take a vote in the reviews, new plots or series. And don't hate me for making Robbie's too short. I am tired. Read and review
