Left in the darkness
Consumed in it
Hope demolished
Left heartbroken
Shattered pieces of her heart
Waiting to be pieced together again
By the one she loves

Falling into a vortex
Swirling in spirals
Dizzying heights

Forgotten
But believed in second chances
Never gave up

In another dimension

Hey everyone! I decided to write a sweet/angsty poem dedicated to Sakura and Sasuke. It might be bad since literally wrote it in 3 minutes with whatever came into mind...but R & R please.
Symbolism
I'm sure you can understand the first 3 stanzas. The fourth one might be confusing. I was basically depicting her suicide both literally and figuratively. I wanted to portray her as jumping off a cliff and falling into the darkness. But, I wanted to show that she fell into darkness, forever lost.
The fifth stanza just meant that the only reason Sakura committed suicide was because she couldn't live without Sasuke. Even though he hurt her many times, she gives him another chance and can't stop loving him. She had hope that Sasuke would join her and love her in heaven.
The sixth stanza just represents Sakura entering a new life, aka heaven. Thus, the new dimension and starting anew.
The rest is hopefully self explainable...

p.s. my editor is bothering me about finishing Kyouko and stop writing these little poems and oneshots, but it's just so hard! You get hooked on new ideas every second and want 2 try something new all the time. But no worries, I'm working on chapter 3. There will be tension among the team because of a little mission...lol, cliffie! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA
