Well, here I left you this story, guys. I found a TF comic about Jewel on FurAffinity, and I got really inspired. Plot: rex_equinox.
He always had a sad life. He was young enough to care about that feeling. He was alone… And he was there, resting on the couch. In front of him, the T.V. showed the ending credits of "Rio".
- So that is the little world of the macaws, right? They are so happy, loving themselves – he complained. - And what about their loving family, uh? They got their whole life solved, don't they? True friends, party and fun all the time…Oh, man… -
Yep. You heard that. Another depressed teen. However, unlike the others, he'll experience something new, that it is going to change his entire life.
Suddenly, the video messed up, showing static on it. "Not again", he said. Trying to fix it with the remote controller, he just made it worst. A plain white image replaced the film. The brightness was really intense it flashed his eyes…
Now, he teleported to somewhere else. The heat was quite intense. There were trees behind, and he was wondering "Where am I?" For his surprise, he looked at the blue sky, and saw the famous Christ the Redeemer statue which makes Rio de Janeiro so famous. He really could not believe it.
At the time that happened, his arms began to grow light blue fur, and his fingers were replaced by feathers of the same color. "…the hell? Feathers?" he said. Those expanded all over to his body, including the bottom of his back. Yeah, I'm talking about a tail.
Then, the feathers covered the most part of him, and his pants couldn't resist that much, and broke up, exposing his blue legs. Soon after that, a claw showed up in the frontal part of his shoes. "Oh my god, what is that?" he asked. After hearing his bones cracking, his new pair of feet came out to the light, each one having three gray, sharp talons. He began to shrink. The guy realized his dick was turning into a cloacal, and it that was covered by the feathers.
Lastly, his nose changed into a black color. It connected to his mouth, and both got hardened. The beak was finished, and his hair got replaced by lifted up feathers that made it look like hair. His eyes were now green instead of brown.
Confused, he started to look around the world. He immediately searched for a place where he could see his new appearance. On a little body of water he saw the reflection of a beautiful female macaw. He had become Jewel. She heard the voice of a near little macaw.
- Mom! Where are you? – Tiago said.
- We and dad have been looking for you all day. Are you okay? – Bia said
But now, she wasn't. She kept thinking she is not in Rio, and she is not a Spix Macaw. Even without something to live for, she got depressed by the fact that she turned into a bird. With a sad face, he heard the voice of his lovely husband, who came next to her with a hug. Blu stared into her shiny eyes, and started talking.
- Jewel, I was so worried about you. We thought someone smuggled you, and I've never been so worried about you. Promise me you'll never leave me again, Jewel. – He finished. In that instant, Jewel putted a feather in front of his beak, a signal for him to stop talking. She replied – Blu, I'll never leave my clumsy lovehawk alone again, I'll promise. –
Altough quite sad, she found the key to a new life. The one she, formerly he, was looking for.
