1979 ,New York, NY
I walked down the lonely streets of New York looking for my next
prey. Dru was in Paris at the moment and it was just me. Not to long ago
I had killed a slayer and felt pretty damn good about myself. I heard a
faint crying in an alley and thought it might be my next meal. I walked
into it and found a baby that could not be over 6 months, and I women
laying face down on the ground. I flipped her over to find she had been
stabbed. I pick up the baby thinking at least it was something. It stopped
crying as soon as I held it. She looked up at me with her eerie green eyes
and grabbed my finger. I could tell there was a darkness in this child like
I had never felt before. I wrapped her in my new duster and took her to
Dru and me's crypt.
One Week Later
Dru walked in the door to see the crawling baby on the floor.
"Spike, it is beautiful what a wonderful welcome home present", she said
will putting on her demon face. "It is not that kind of present Dru, pick
her up look into her eyes." She looked at me strangely and picked up the
baby. "Spike, can you feel it the darkness inside her spike, it is so wicked!
Can we keep her Spike please?" "Yes Dru we can." An devilish smile
played across Dru's face. "Have you named her ,Spike?" "No, I was
waiting for you pet , what do you want to name her?" Dru clapped her
hands and said ,"Onyx Raven."
Onyx P.O.V
5 years later
"Mummy, Daddy, why can't you go in the sun like me", I asked
with my head tilted to the side. "Because Onyx you are very special,
now I want you to go outside to the park and bring that a blue eyed
little boy over inside to mummy and daddy", said my mum. I go outside
and skip to the park. I look at all the people everywhere and find a little
boy with blue eyes. I walk up to him and looking into his eyes. I turn and
he starts to fallow me I lead him to my crypt and we walk inside my
mummy grabs him and the hypnosis wares off and he screams before
mum bites hit. She pats me on the head and says ,"Want to hear a
bedtime story before Onyx goes to bed?" "Yes Mum" I crawl in my bed
on the bottom level of the crypt and my mum sits by my bed well dad'
sits next to me and strokes my black hair. "Once apon a time there was a
Lilly, the Lilly was very beautiful but it was growing old so one day the
Lilly was saved by to vampires that made the Lilly live forever when
she turned 15, the end night pet" After my story I slowly drifted of to
sleep.
