Well, despite what the title may lead you to believe, this is not about Raven. Nothing wrong with Raven, hell she's A-OK in my book. Anyway, I had another poetic moment, bleh… Kind of a partner to 'My Gray Day Girl' in a weird way. You'll have to read it to understand.

Angel Tears From Demon Eyes

After all she had said,
After all she had done,
After all she had gained,
After all we had won.

She gave it all up,
She handed us over,
And damn did it suck!
The Devil under cover.

But we fed her demons,
I fed her demons,
We made her feel loved then abandoned,
But maybe she deserved it,
She was Slade's minion.

But in the end the Apprentice killed Master,
Her Angel power of earthen construction,
Put the City in danger,
Of hot magma destruction!

After all she had said,

After all she'd betrayed,
Our trust she now won.
