Dumping his cabin backpack in a baggage cart, Takato sighed. "Okay, I know I've never been good at packing, and I probably brought too much bread, but I could have sworn my bag wasn't this heavy before..."
"You're talking to yourself again, Takato," Jenrya teased as he came up to him with Terriermon on his shoulder and his own trolley. "Oh, did you get a cellphone for the trip?"
Takato blinked. "What are you talking about?"
Jenrya pointed at his backpack. "Your backpack's vibrating."
"And giggling," Terriermon dared to voice in the crowded airport.
Confused – Guilmon was already checked in, right? – Takato fumbled in his haste to open his backpack. To his complete shock, Kurumon beamed up at him and waved. "Hi!"
"Oh, nuts..." groaned Takato. Jenrya, that traitor, burst out laughing.
The little digimon's ears drooped. "What's wrong, kuru? I wanted to play with Guilmon, but it didn't seem like there was any more room for me in that big bag!"
"Looks like you've got yourself a stowaway," grinned Jenrya.
"And I wanted to come along to the ocean too, kuru!" Kurumon went on, before frowning suddenly. "What's an ocean?"
Speechless, Takato closed the bag again, ignoring Kurumon's protests.
