Heartbroken Brother

It had been over a year since George Weasley's twin brother, Fred was murdered. George had grown more depressed since then. He began isolating himself from his friends and family. He dragged himself from sanity and grew madder at himself than at the man who killed his brother with the Killing Curse. Everything he did reminded him of Fred.

"George! Dinner's ready" said one of his many siblings. He ignored their call and continued to sit in silence. He wouldn't worry about anyone entering his door because he locked it and glued the lock in place. A very loud knock had been heard.

"George Weasley! You unlock this door!" It was his mother, Molly. George ignored her order and flew out the window with his broom. The last thing he heard from his house was a very loud explosion.

George headed for Hogwarts, his old school. He began to wander the corridors, as if looking for someone. Memories soon came to him; of himself, his friends, family, and his…brother. A small smile glowed upon his face, but it was short-lived when he saw an image of a man and a red haired boy.

The man waved his wand at the boy and the boy fell over lifeless. George went over to the boy to get a closer inspection of the boy's face. It was his twin, his brother, his…best friend. The image played over and over again. George fell to his knees and sobbed. 'Why? Why couldn't I save you?' He thought. Then, something inside of him snapped. 'I've had enough!' He go up and headed down the hall.

A room appeared as he approached closer to the end of the hall. He hastily entered the door and the door dissolved behind him. The Room of Requirement was a room filled with mirrors and training equipment. Headed for a mirror, George pulled out his wand and aimed at his reflection. He smiled at himself and shed one last tear. As it fell down his cheek he said "I'm coming for you brother…" and he waved his wand as he said these unforgivable words…

"Avada Kedavra…"
