The Time to Move On

Aura.Tsukasa sat under a tree, looking wistfully into the distance. Aura. The word, or name, made Tsukasa shiver. I need you, just like you need me. Tsukasa closed his eyes, not wanting to think anymore. As long as we move together, I will protect you. Tsukasa screamed.

He stopped, shivering. The pain was too much. I want to see you. Those words made Tsukasa warm. I will wait for you here. Memories passed through Tsukasa mind and he imagined a beautiful girl with blue hair and a blue dress.

Aura.Tsukasa felt cold again. Ever since he logged in again he heard voices in his head, reminding him of the past. Aura. She was so…lovely. He had felt warm whenever he had watched her. But now he felt scared. He didn't want to remember her. The memories she brought.

She can't walk in real life. For some The World was a place of escape, or a place of fun and mischief. But The World had been his reality, and he was scared. Too scared to think of it again.

"You are here, Tsukasa." A sweet voice said.

Tsukasa froze and turned slowly back to see who it was, but the face he saw made him warm. "Subaru."

She smiled and sat down next to him. "It's been a long time since I saw you." She remarked.

"I haven't logged in for a while." Tsukasa replied. "Were you looking for me?"

Subaru shook her head. "We met here before. I knew you would be here."

I will wait for you here. Wait for you to come back. Those memories were sweet, yet bitter. Don't go back to the world of lies. Tsukasa held Subaru's arm, and shook his head.

"What the matter, Tsukasa?" Subaru asked anxiously. Tsukasa kept on shaking his head, then he covered his ears. "Is it something I said?" Subaru asked, holding him by the shoulders.

Tsukasa stopped. "No."

"Tell me the truth." She commanded, worried about Tsukasa's actions.

"Nothing."

Subaru persisted, and Tsukasa nodded. "Will you tell me?" She asked gently.

"Ever since…" Tsukasa stopped. Should he tell? "Ever since that…incident, I have dreams."

He didn't need to say anymore. "Tsukasa," Subaru began. "Sometimes you have to learn to forget."

Tsukasa nodded. "Aura was lovely that time. But now she brings back memories of…he."

"Morganna?" Subaru asked. "Tsukasa, she is not here now. Please relax."

"I know, yet I don't. She is still in my memories." Tsukasa, looked at Subaru, ready to listen to anything she said.

Subaru frowned. "There are many memories that I don't like. Yet I learn to forget about it. It is time for you to do so too." She paused and seeing Tsukasa's silent face, continued again. "The world is a place of fun. It is a game, not a nightmare. What is over is over, it is the past."

Tsukasa looked over the hill. "Will I be able to forget? For get about her?"

"Aura is a wonderful person." Subaru told him. "I will help you. All of us will."

Aura."A wonderful person?" Tsukasa repeated. "Is she?"

Subaru nodded. "I will always be with you. It is the time to move on."

Tsukasa smiled. "Will you help me?"

Subaru nodded. "All of us will; Mimiru, Bear, Krim, even BT. We are all players. We must have fun."

"You've changed." Tsukasa remarked.

Subaru smiled. "Ever since I met you, many people have told me I have changed."

Tsukasa held her hand, and she leaned onto him. He looked at the sky. "Maybe it is the time to move on."

The Time to Move On

A/N: That was a completely pointless story, but I love writing, so I'll just leave it. My knowledge on .hackSIGN is not very good so please correct the things you found wrong.

Tsukasa is a boy in my story, of course (I should have put this at the beginning). This is one of my first fics so please be gentle in your reviews. In other words, NO FLAMES please.
