"Deeks, N-no, no, no! I'm not wearing those." Kensi says keeping her ground as she sees Deeks pull Minnie Mouse ears out of his bag.
"Come on Kensalina, we're at Disneyland, the least you could do is wear them!" Deeks replies while putting on his own pair of Mickey Mouse ears.
"Ugh, fine, but if you tell anyone about this I won't hesitate to tell Hetty you broke the copying machine!"
He hands Kensi the black ears and flashes her one of his signature smiles.
She grabbed the ears out of his hand and placed them on her head.
"Ohhh, ice cream," Deeks squeals as he spots one of the many ice cream stands in front of the famous Disney castle. He was seriously a little kid trapped in a grown man's body and she couldn't help but smile. "Would you like some princess?"
"That would be nice," she said and he was off to go fetch them some ice cream.
Minutes later Deeks returned with ice cream in hand, chocolate for Kensi and vanilla for him.
They sat on a bench enjoying their ice cream. It was nice. Deeks was surprised Kensi agreed to coming with him.
"We should get a photo in front of the castle," Deeks says after throwing his napkin in the trash.
"Oh yeah?" She questions.
"Yeah!" Deeks says a little too enthusiastically, getting up and grabbing Kensi by the arm. They asked a lady, no older then 45, to take a photo.
"You two make a really cute couple; I can tell you really love each other!" The woman says, taking Kensi and Deeks by surprise.
Kensi brought her hand up. "Oh we're-"
Deeks cut Kensi off. "Is it that obvious?" Deeks chuckles, he could feel Kensi burning holes in the back of his head.
The lady nods her head and hands the camera back to Deeks and heads into a nearby café.
"Deeks," she mumbles under her breath.
He turns around. "Yes, Princess?" He says and flashes a toothy grin knowing he was about to receive some sort of bodily harm in the next few seconds.
She punches him in the shoulder.
Deeks clutches his arm. "Oww, was that necessary?"
"We are not together," she grumbled.
Deeks tilted his head and fixed her lopsided Minnie Mouse ears. "Hate to break it to you-"
She brought her finger up in front of him. "Shut it Deeks. Not right now," she said.
"Okay," he said knowing that this wasn't the ideal place to talk about their feelings. Changing the subject quickly, "How about we go get some food?"
"Oh, yes! Come on, I'm hungry. Let's go get some food," she says as she briskly walks in front of him and towards a cute looking restaurant leaving Deeks trailing behind.
