Tails' POV
Yeah…. I didn't believe that at first. After all, I'm only eight. Why would I even consider something like this? Strangely I've grown warmer by the presence of a friend of mine. Her name is Cream. I don't understand her completely, but I keep feeling something around her. Is this all in my head?

Flashback
I look to the sky to see a fading golden figure falling down with a tall rabbit woman in hand. Me, Amy, and a rabbit girl we just met ran towards them. "Sonic!!" Me, and Amy shouted in unison. The blue hero awakened in a daze, but as quick as the wind, he rose to his feet. I look over to the young rabbit girl crying cradled in her mother's arms. Such a heartwarming sight. I looked at the girl more closely. Her radiant fur color… her loving personality… and her astonishingly beautiful chocolate brown eyes… I almost wish Sonic didn't drag me out of my trance. "Tails, Amy. This is Cream, and her mother, and Cheese." Cream… so fitting... the mother, daughter, and chao bowed thankfully to us. If there was ever a greater feeling of success, I'd like to know what it was.
End Flashback
I look outside the window of my workshop. The sun setting, reminding me of the one who had stolen my thoughts…. and maybe my heart. What?! No!! How can this be? In love?? With a SIX year old child? Sure I'm only two years older, but that's no excuse for this. My mind feels like it's going to blow. So many thoughts running through my head. Running faster than Sonic. What do I do? Should I tell her? Should I wait and see if this is just a stupid phase? I really don't know… what would her mother think? What would Sonic think? I'm completely lost. Within myself, because of a girl. A truly wonderful girl, a beautiful soul. I must stay strong. Tomorrow I will talk with Cream about this. Maybe her thoughts will help me. I only hope I'll have control.
