"Charlie wanted his daughter, Bella, to sing today," This was my cue. I picked up my guitar and walked up to the altar.
"This song holds a special memory for me," I started. "My dad and I danced to it at the first wedding I attended, well, the first wedding I was old enough to remember, at least." The audience chuckled as I said this. I got into position to play, and started.

Behind me, I heard my boyfriend of two years, Edward start to play the piano. He and I met when I first moved here, almost three years ago, and were immediate friends. My best friend Alice started singing along. She and my other best friend, Rosalie's, boyfriend Emmett were playing the drums and the guitar. By now, silent tears were running down my face.

Now was Alice's guitar solo. The tears were running down my face so hard that I could barely see my fingers move on my guitar, but I managed to hit the right notes somehow.

Once the song finished Edward pulled me into his embrace and I wiped my tears on his shirt. He led me back to my seat and held me for the rest of the ceremony.
As we left the church I realized how lucky I was to have Edward, and that I would I love him for the rest of my life.
