I am bending over looking at some mysterious tracks when when, thud an arrow hits the tree above my head. I look up and turn around, and at first I don't see anybody and then I realize that my friend Percival who is the best unseen mover in the Ranger Corps. He says "Come." Oh sorry I forgot to introduce myself I am Sean (not to be confused with the king of Clonmel) I follow him which is hard in the woods but I manage. After about 30 min of walking through the woods we come to my house we sit down on my porch and he hands me a scroll stamped with the silver oak leaf, which is the official seal of the Ranger Corps.He says "Oberjarl Tursgud has made an alliance with the Temujai and plans to attack Araluen,the rest is in the scroll" I nod and he gets up and fades into the forest. I settle down to read the scroll, despite the questions flying around my head. I figure the scroll will answer my questions. The scroll reads: Ranger 23, this scroll contains information pertaining to your mission to Skandia. Oberjarl Tursgurd has made an alliance with the Temujai and they are plotting to attack Araluen. This means that he has broken the alliance that we had with them. Your mission is to go to Skandia and gather fallow info on the plans so that we can formulate a defense plan. the safety of the kingdom depends on you! I hate those missions where the safety on the kingdom depends on you, but they have to be days later,I'm standing in thick woods on top of the mountains that are between Teutland and Skandia. I look out and see Skandia spread before me. The last time I was here was to renew our treaty,and now I'm trying to see what they're up to!
