Author's Note:
Hey y'all this is my very first fanfiction! I am an avid reader of fan fiction and decided to try to write my own. There aren't as many mature long chapter stories so I decided to help fix that.
Please be easy on me, I have always written on the side my own stories but never for others to see, just for fun.
Well here you go, enjoy :)
Also, the ideas for the looks and new uniforms of the titans are not my own, I was inspired by several different images on deviantart so feel free to find my profile and you should see the images in my titans favorites. These should give you a good idea as to what I envision the titans look like in my story! The name is jlhersey33
The picture of starfire & nightwing together is how I envision these two look but I take the uniform from the very first photo I favorited to be her uniform
The picture of raven & beastboy is how I see them but the uniform of raven is based off the 3d photo except no piece of cloth in front of the leotard between her legs. Beastboy is spot on in that picture except there is no color so image him in the white and purple uniform!
The picture of cyborg alone is how I picture him

Raven awoke to the bright morning light filtering into her room through her still curtains. Groaning she turned over and flicked her wrist causing the curtains to be drawn closed rapidly and her room soon became shrouded in darkness.
Sighing she turned away from the window and reached out for her phone. As the screen illuminated her face she squinted her eyes and read aloud: "8:20"
Realization washed over her as her brain kick started. She hastily tossed her covers off her revealing her attire, shorts the color of dark plum that barely covered her ever curved bottom and a thin black tank top that she practically bulged out of, with one strap draping over her shoulder. She located her towel and a fresh uniform, proceeding out her bedroom to the cleansing house. She had a lot to prepare for.

"Systems online. Rebooting. Scanning task list. Wake-up sequence complete."
Viktor awoke, fully charged and ready for the day. He had been looking forward to this day for the past year. Well, technically the past 362 days he had been looking forward to it, not quite a year but basically.
Stepping out of his recharge station he turned to his right and grabbed his pre-packed bags and equipment. The rest was in the T-Ship. This was all he needed to get ready. To get ready to head home.

"Koriand'r Get up we need to leave!" Someone shouted in Tamaranian.
Starfire raised her head up off the side of her bed. She had hardly slept that night. She looked directly into a mirror that was adjacent to where she slept. Studying herself, she took in her looks. She has certainly matured in the past year. More so than the four years that had followed after the incident. Her face showed sharper angles, making her cheek bones prominent, her eyes were still the bright emerald as always but they were less rounded and more catlike. She knew she was beautiful by her home's standards. However, her standards weren't what she cared about. All she cared about was the one Earthling that she loved. And she was about to see him again, after a painful, but needed separation. It was time to return to Earth, time to head home.
Floating off the bed she could hardly ground herself as she dressed and hurried out the bedroom door. She continued to hover off the ground as she ran into her sister.
"I apologize sister. I am ready." Komand'r grunted and turned back around, heading towards the balcony.

Dick awoke like he normally did. Early and rearing to get to work. He had finally returned home after such a long time away. Having arrived in the midst of the night only a few short hours ago he hadn't been able to reconfigure the systems and clean up. His team was coming and he could not afford to dilly dally.
Hoping out of bed in one movement he then turned, making up his bed. Once that was done he began his morning stretches as he paced to the bathroom. As he finished up his stretch he took his toothbrush and began brushing his teeth. Glancing in the mirror two bright blue orbs stared back at him. He reached down and pulled the second drawer down out, revealing a stack of masks where he proceeded to grab one and slap it on his face. Better.
He combed his hair. No longer was it in the spikes of his younger days. Now it was short on the sides while the top was slightly longer. It just got in the way and he had tired of the constant gelling of his hair about three years ago.
Heading back through the door he passed by his bed and stood in front of an empty wall to the left of the door. Placing his hand three inches to the left of the door, a blue light swept from the tip of his fingers down to the base of his palm. A chime and then air hissing followed as the empty wall separated and revealed a set of uniforms to the left hanging with several identical pairs of boots sitting below them. Closer to his immediate left was a wall of weapons and gadgets with a utility belt box sat in between the weapons cache and the wardrobe on the far left. Walking past the gadgets to the neat uniforms he pulled one off the hangover and proceeded to pull on the tights followed by his top. All black with a dark blueberry colored bird splayed across the chest.
He rotated to face the wall of windows that overlooked the bay of Jump City. Directly in front of him was not a window but a floor length mirror. His room was at the edge of the left side of the "T". So the windows ended and then there was 2 feet of wall the met up in the corner with the gadget wall.
After pulling on a pair of boots, selecting his gadgets for the day and placing them on his all black utility belt, he was finally ready for the day.
Heading out to the common room he made a beeline for the computer in the center of the room down by the windows. Once he managed to bring all the systems up and change all the room codes he set to work adding back his teams entrance to the tower. He registered their faces as known for all security cameras and other elements.
He decided he needed to clean up the common room before they arrived. Half of the members from Titans East had been filling in for the past year and they weren't exactly the cleanest. He wanted to start this reunion off right. Once checking Cyborg's location from the screen showing he had just taken off from the MIT school grounds he set himself to work. Dick could feel himself smiling.
Just as he had begun cleaning he felt a cold chill cross the back of his neck. He turned and saw Raven materialize behind him. Or well it looked like Raven. This Raven was wearing white. She had the hood on her cape drawn over her face. The white leotard beneath had no sleeves and a gray filled shape of a raven across her... very large chest. The leotard itself was sleeveless but she wore long gloves coming up past her elbows with matching red circles on the tops of each hand. These matched the clasp-covered red circle on her cape. And those boots. With a short heel and reaching up over half her thigh. Damn when did Raven turn into such a babe? Those hips lead him to believe she had a nice ass to go with it. She was a shapely woman that's for sure.
He grinned.
"Are you going to continue to ogle, or are you going to say hello?" She deadpanned as she lowered her hood revealing that red chakra stone in the middle of her forehead. Her hair was falling around her shoulders, just barely passing the obstacle.
"Hello Raven. It's good to see you, I like the new look." He spoke with a lopsided grin.
xXxXxXx
"I could say the same for you, Nightwing." Raven retorted eyeing him up and down. He was almost a whole nine inches taller than her small five foot three frame. He must be six foot by now. Starfire will love that, unless she had another growth spurt in the year apart. Nightwing did a 360 turn for her as a joke so she could see all of him. He had majorly filled out. With a thick chiseled chest showing through the tight uniform she guessed he was finally done growing. He looked damn good. But Dick was like her brother, she was only scoping because she knew Starfire would bring it up eventually for "girl talk".
Once she realized he was finished showing off she stepped forward and gave him a light hug. "Don't worry, the white is only here when I'm not fighting, or upset. I'm still your same old dark demon." Chuckling he released her from his arms.
"As if, you look good Raven. I'm glad you've found your center." He turned around and continued to tidy up the common room and she set to helping too. Using her powers she pulled all the wrappers and garbage left behind by the twins.
Before long another figure interrupted their content silence. Heavy steps were clanking as they stopped in front of the common room.
The door swished open revealing her favorite half-human half-robot teammate.
"Well alright Raven!" He catcalled and whistled as he walked down the steps to the lower kitchen area to join them.
Raven rolled her eyes. Boys.
"That's what I was saying, see Raven I'm not the only one." Nightwing spoke as he high-fived Cyborg.
"It's been too long, I'm glad we're back." Cyborg leaned down and gave Raven a hug. He had updated and slimed out his tech parts. He still had a large chest but it looked leaner because the new technology upgraded had allowed him to sleek out his body.
"Nice upgrades." Raven spoke with a small smile tugging at the corners of her lips.
"I know! Technology is an amazing, and when it comes to me, beautiful thing!" He winked his human eye and she just responded with another eye roll.
Raven's phone dinged. Retrieving it from the bag left in the spot she had teleported from she quickly scanned the message.
"It's from Starfire, she just entered Earth's atmosphere. Incoming in fifteen." This time she grinned hard turning to face Nightwing.
His face was already red. And he glowed like a puppy who had just been given a bone.
"I'm so ready for this." As the words left his mouth he had swirled around and headed towards the door. He was going to meet her on the roof she deducted.
"Well I guess it's just you and me. Might as well finish cleaning up here and get some lunch going!" Cyborg turned and headed towards the fridge to retrieve ingredients while Raven set to finishing up the last bits of cleaning.

Starfire giggled as she sent the text to Raven. It had been a little white lie. She was in the Earth's atmosphere but she wasn't fifteen minutes away from the Tower. She was there and patiently waiting for her love to arrive to the rooftop. Six minutes and ten seconds later she saw him appear as he set his sights on her. She watched his mouth drop and fought to not do the same herself. He was taller than she remembered, at least two inches taller than herself. And his new uniform did his body justice. His muscles were huge and she felt her cheeks burn as she drank in his appearance.
She knew he was doing the same, analyzing all that he had missed in the time apart. Her figure was slimmer than ever with all the right feminine curves. She was thin with a shapely chest, it wasn't overly large, but rather just right for her tall thin figure. And her hips had definitely widened since he last saw her. A year during their prime age range of young adults can change a lot in a person. She had changed her uniform much like the rest of the team. She had the same silver wrist covers but her boots, although still high, were new. They were purple with pointed tops and a silver edge. Her skirt and top combo was gone and she had a one piece suit that was sleeveless and had shorts. Her stomach was still revealed with a diamond cutout. She had a silver belt with a green insignia in the middle.
Suddenly he was running to her and squeezing her tight to his hard chest. Her eyelids fluttered closed as she relaxed into his body.
He rubbed his head on her taking in deep breaths of her scent. She smelled like vanilla and the wind.
"Oh Star, I missed you so much." He murmured.
"I have missed you too Richard, I have been sick for my home." She sighed into him opening her eyes and lifting her head.
He kissed her hard, and she silently agreed it had been too long. Her arms came from around his body and hooked behind his head while he buried one of his hands into her hair and the other hugged her body to his.
Sweeping his tongue across her lips caused Starfire to eep, followed by her giving him access to her mouth as his tongue filled hers exploring and tasting her. She copied his motions and as he slid his hand from her back down to her ass she groaned, as he took a fistful and groped her.
Suddenly he released himself from her, panting and she looked at him with questioning eyes.
"Raven and Cyborg are already here, you told them fifteen minutes, I think we've been kissing for at least that." He reached and grabbed her hand leading her towards the stair door.
"Time seems to not work properly when I'm with you" She purred into his ear from behind him, pressing her chest against his back.
He groaned, "Star, don't tease me please. Trust me, tonight after the meeting I'm all yours."
Removing herself from him she walked up to stand beside him and nodded. They had agreed long ago, about three years ago after Tokyo that the team was always first for both of them. Their duty to being heroes would not be affected by their relationship, and they had kept true to those words for the most part. Occasionally Nightwing, then Robin, had lost his cool during fights when he thought Star had been injured but nothing too major. Even in the midst of one of their larger arguments they had remained normal and passive during team interactions such as training and debriefing.
"I wish to see my family now please." She spoke softly and he lead the way.

Raven turned as soon as she heard the squealing, but it wasn't quick enough as a body landed on top of her. She looked up into the face of her best friend with her eyes glowing bright. Raven noticed she was floating and she didn't think she was meaning to.
"Best friend Raven! I have been doing the missing of you! It has been too long!" Starfire spoke quickly and excitedly. Then Raven felt herself being crushed, or rather hugged.
"Strength Starfire!" She gasped out.
"Oh I am the most sorry. I have forgotten about the difference. Being on Tamaran I have not had to do the 'being easy'." She eased up but didn't get off her.
"Uh, Starfire, do you want to get up now?" Raven smiled at her politely and the alien princess floated off of her. Levitating up she brushed herself off.
"Cyborg!" She was squealing again and off to tackle her next victim.
Nightwing appeared next to her looking quite dopey. She nudged him in the ribs. He quickly shook his head and regained his composure giving her a slight nod which she returned.
"So all we are missing is Beast Boy" Raven stated allowed. Knowing her green teammate he would probably be late since he didn't even rise earlier than ten.
"Changeling now" Cyborg corrected. He had managed to peel Starfire off of him and proceeded to flip the burgers he had been making.
Raven rolled her eyes. First Dick now Garfield. Both had changed their names. She understood why though, and during their year apart was a good time to make the transition. This is what Nightwing had wanted and honestly, taking a look around the room, the time apart did them each well.
It was after the team arrived home from Tokyo that really got him thinking. Between the battle with her father and the Brotherhood of Evil, they had been summoned not two months after that to Tokyo. Arriving home after another eye-opening experience they had tried to go back to their normal lives. It worked for about another three years but when the fourth anniversary of the End of the World came up Dick had decided the team needed a break.
He had told each of them that he needed time to reinvest in himself away from the team. He proposed an idea that Raven agreed with. They each needed time to rediscover themselves, similar to what he had done with the Master before. After a long discussion that took about three days the team had come to a consensus about the idea. Dick was going to summon half of the Titans East to take over their jobs in Jump City for a year while each member went their separate ways to train for a year. They would be required to check in about once a month in a group text to the team about their progress and location. At the end of the year's time they would arrive back at the Tower, those that wished to.
From the messages she had received she knew Cyborg had left and went as his holoring disguise, Viktor Stone, to MIT to learn more for his technology. Between semesters he had also assisted the Justice League and learned from them. Starfire had left and returned to her home planet since only there could she find someone who matched her abilities. Not only that but half way through her training her sister Blackfire had come home and they had rekindled their relationship. They fought some battles together as well as Backfire dragged her across the galaxy to learn everything she knew. Nightwing had left and trained under Batman once again as well as fulfilling his duties for a short while as Dick Grayson for the publicity. After a few months there he left to train under two... or maybe it was three… different masters of martial arts all specializing in different areas. Raven herself had returned to Azarath which had been restored since her father's coming. There she trained under the Azar once again and visited her mother. She had also traveled to several different dimensions studying various types of magic in different temples. And then there was Beast boy, or rather Changeling now. He hadn't given the team must details in his texts as to what he was doing. She remembered he had been the most opposed to a split of the team. But he had also been the most reclusive. He mentioned in one text that he was trying to reconnect with nature and let it slip that it was because he wanted to control The Beast. While being able to use the Beast would be a great bonus in battle she had hoped he had worked on maturing and learning some valuable life lessons.
She couldn't blame him though since he was the youngest of the team. She was turning twenty-one in two months. Cyborg was twenty-three, the oldest. With Starfire following him at twenty-two. Nightwing was the twenty-one but his birthday was only four months away. Changeling had turned twenty about five months ago, so he was younger than herself by seven months.
"Speaking of BB has anyone heard from him? I haven't received anything from that grass stain in about two months." Cyborg spoke as he finished prepping the burgers and set them on the table. He was going to have a hard time giving up his nickname for Garfield.
"No, and I don't believe the rest of them have either" Nightwing spoke. They all ate and participated in small talk. After finishing Raven took over cleaning up the kitchen while Cyborg went to unpack the T-ship. Nightwing was sitting at one of the panel computers below the tv screen and Starfire went about watching her shows that she had missed.
Raven decided it was time to meditate after finishing with the kitchen and she floated over to the right side of the tv facing out the windows. She chose to chant her mantra in her head as to not disturb the others. Without knowing it hours flew by her and the sun began setting.
She stopped levitating and walked to the center of the room where Nightwing, Starfire and Cyborg all sat when their emotions started to leak into her mind. They were mixed with annoyance, sadness, but all of them were mostly worried.
"He should have been here hours ago Dick." Cyborg spoke the elephant in the room. He was obviously worried that Changeling wasn't going to show. Which meant he didn't want to be on the team anymore.
"I know." Was all Nightwing could say.
Starfire was sitting up against Nightwing, holding his hand. She was no longer struggling to keep herself grounded.
Being the realist, or the pessimist depending on who you asked, Raven spoke with a harsh tone "What if he couldn't control the Beast? What if it took over? The last thing we heard from him was him trying to master the form out in the middle of nowhere in Yellowstone Park."
The other three looked at her, and she could tell they all had been thinking something along those lines.
Well, that or he didn't want to be on the team anymore, but that was too painful for them to even think.
xXxXxXx
They were going to kill him. He was certain of this. I mean who shows up to a meeting late when you've had a YEARS notice on when it would be? Him. That's who.
Flapping the wings of his pterodactyl he pushed himself faster. They were going to tell him that he hadn't changed or matured one bit. He would never hear the end of the teasing. He flinched as he thought about how Raven would react. She'd probably toss him back out the door for worrying the team.
Would she be worried though? He thought to himself. It had been a whole year since he had seen his team. And his training had consisted of spiritual foundations as well as getting back to his primal side. Living out in the jungles and forests of different regions living as animals native to that region. He had done all this in hopes of being able to connect better with the Beast that lived inside of him. He cursed at his thoughts. He knew it was hopeless to try to control the Beast, and he wasn't looking forward to Nightwing's interrogation of his year off. The Beast was all his primal instincts, anger, lust, territorial, mating, and survival, all wrapped into the physical form of the Beast. Unless he could completely get rid of his animalistic primal instincts he'd never control the Beast. And since he was an animal he couldn't get rid of those instincts.
As he finished yelling at himself he dipped down below the clouds. He spotted the Tower. His home, he was finally home. He dipped down and landed on the roof. Having no bags with him because he had been living off the grid he had been able to make good time even considering the alarm he had busted resulted in him waking up four hours late. He had spent the last two weeks reconnecting with the Doom Patrol as he acclimated himself back into society. A year was a long time to go without speaking to another person.
He made his way across the landing strip to the stairwell door which he quickly descended soon finding himself standing in front of the common room door. It slid open and he walked in as the voices in the room went quiet.
He knew there was other people in the room besides her but she was all he could look at because damn had she grown and he wasn't referencing her height. She was wearing a white uniform which he took as a good sign. But what he liked even better was that her hair was longer, just passing her shoulder. Alright maybe he wasn't looking at her hair but rather where the bottom of it rested. But holy damn. He mentally checked to make sure he wasn't drooling or his mouth was open. Her body was full of delicious curves, with a full bouncy chest leading down to a thin waist before it curved out again showing an amazing set of hips and legs. Something tickled at his mind, he wasn't sure what but he focused on the whole group rather than her just in time to hear Cyborg.
"Well it's about damn time."
