Disclaimer: The Warriors series doesn't belong to me, nor will it ever, I assure you. This is just a continuation (kind of…) in the future. (About 50 years after Firestar dies, give or take.)
Due to more and more books, specifically prequels, being made, it's pretty much impossible to have names that don't overlap with previous books. We tried hard though, and this is the list of names that we've decided upon. We know there is some overlap, like Foxheart and Dawnstar, but we'll all just have to live with it. These names were made before some of the prequels were even written.
Also, Wind Of The Azure Blossom helped come up with half the names with me. She mainly did WindClan and RiverClan, and I did ThunderClan and ShadowClan. So I'm just giving her some credit, or risk her annoying wrath.
Warriors: Memories of Blood
Book 1: Ruby

THUNDERCLAN
Leader:
Dawnstar—Pale ginger she-cat with bright blue eyes.
Loyal, but easily second guesses herself from lack of experience. Often looks to others for advice and likes to try new things.
Deputy:
Badgerclaw—Large black and white tom with huge paws. He has amber eyes.
Fiercely loyal and has a strong heart. Never abandons a cat in need.
Medicine Cat:
Poppystripe—Red tabby with lighter ginger stripes and amber eyes.
Has a temper like all ThunderClan medicine cats, but cares deeply for everything. Has a strong belief in StarClan and doesn't like to break bad news/foreboding prophecies.
Warriors:
Blackblade—Pure black tom with amber eyes.
Loves Dawnstar but can never seem to tell her. Loyal like his brother, Badgerclaw, and wants to one day be Deputy like him.
Apprentice, Bristlepaw
Foxheart—A large ginger she-cat with a white tail-tip and muzzle. She has green eyes.
Strong hearted but often nervous around senior warriors due to a lack of experience. Can be childish/playful at times, and wants an apprentice.
Morningwind—Small ginger she-cat with amber eyes.
Loyal and wise, Dawnstar's best friend. Often looked to for advice by many cats, and is willing to tell her opinion. Does not fall to peer pressure.
Lightningclaw—Pure pale ginger tabby. He has green eyes.
A proud cat that loves his sister, Foxheart, dearly. Likes to train and defend his clan, and is moderately proud of his strength.
Apprentice, Sparrowpaw
Onefeather—Pure black tom with blue eyes, formerly of WindClan; Mate to Whiteleaf.
Overly nervous because of his alliance shift for his mate, yet cares deeply for both WindClan and ThunderClan. If a fight broke out though, he'd defend ThunderClan with his life. Loves kits and plays with them well.
Thrushtail—Dark grey tom with a puffy tail. He has green eyes.
A hothead that often forgets his place, yet he's a loyal cat that will defend his clan with his life. Often dislikes change, and hates how his sister, Greysnout, can accept it so easily.
Greysnout—Grey she-cat with black splotches. She has green eyes.
A wise she-cat that often takes the neutral side in arguments. She keeps her brother in his place if no one else will, and respects Dawnstar's decisions, whatever they may be.
Apprentice, Darkpaw
Apprentices:
Sparrowpaw—Small brown tabby with lighter stripes.
A lazy tom that loves to sunbathe instead of train. He loves clan life, but at times seems disconnected from it. He's not the strongest or bravest cat around, yet can be full of himself at times...
Bristlepaw—A grey tabby tom with darker grey stripes.
A rather kind and good-hearted apprentice. Very popular among the Clans.
Darkpaw—Dark, dark grey tabby tom with pure black stripes.
A loyal and a good cat. Likes to train and protect his clan. Wants to one day be deputy and clan leader.
Queens:
Thornwhisker—A brown-and-white tortoiseshell queen. She sharp has green eyes.
Has a sharp tongue and hates outsiders. She's loyal but dislikes most of Dawnstar's decisions, especially if it involves change. She is very proud, both of herself and her kin.
Whiteleaf—Light blue-grey queen. Her left forepaw is white and she has blue eyes.
She is a gentle queen that loves her clan and mate, Onefeather. She's not the strongest cat in ThunderClan, but she will fight like a cat from TigerClan if her Clan or kits are in danger.
Elders:
Mousenose—Large tom with a short snout.
Shorttail—A small grey tom with a stub tail.
Sleepingflower—Pale brown and white she-cat with blue eyes.
Kits:
Crimsonkit—A dark red she-kit with a polydactyl claw andbi-coloured eyes. (Blue/amber)
Serious and extremely quiet, she's a mystery to the clan. She seems to know things that she should not, and likes to be by herself, save for her foster sister at times. Doesn't care for power.
Bluekit—Pure black she-kit with a blue-grey stripe across her face. Blue eyes.
A childish she-cat that likes to play. She loves her kin, including her foster sister, Crimsonkit, and never wants to see them go. If it comes down to it, she's actually more competent than she leads on... She is extremely lucky...
Granitekit—Small grey tabby tom.
He's easily angered, like his mother, but aspires to be strong like his father, Badgerclaw. He's fiercely loyal and will shred anyone he thinks is a threat to his clan, including his clanmates.
WINDCLAN
Leader:
Whitestar—A pretty white she-cat with amber eyes.
Deputy:
Ravenwhisker—A dark-pelted tabby tom with green eyes.
Medicine Cat:
Nightwind—A white she-cat with a pure-black tail.

Liontail—A large golden-red tom tabby with a half-furless tail from battle.

Hawkfeather—A small tortoiseshell she-cat with blue eyes.

Swiftstep—Pale tom with black claws.
Runningstorm—A large tortoiseshell she-cat with amber eyes.

Goldenfoot—A grey-and-yellow tortoiseshell she-cat with green eyes.

Takk—A black and white tom living at the Twoleg barn.
Lily—Pale gold she-cat living at the Twoleg barn.
Chrono—Pale brown tabby living at the Twoleg barn.
Sync—Powerful grey tom, Rogue around the Twoleg barn.
Max—Large brown tabby; Rogue.
It's been a very long time since I've updated a chapter on this site, so I'm hoping that this is still considered a valid form of writing for the site, as I see that the guidelines have become much stricter. I believe that it's valid as all the books hold an Allegiances section, and you really want to know who the heck is IN each clan. I find it annoying when it says that 2 ShadowClan cats died, and I have NO idea who they were. So here you go, a nice list of names with some personality features as well for ThunderClan cats.
