Authors Note: First story, woot. Just a quick little story i typed up because it was 11:00 AM and i was waiting for some games to finish updating.

3:00 am.
All is quiet.
Except for one little puffball.
It had been quite a while since Kirby had been on an big adventure.
Everytime something bad happened, Kirby was always to willing to help out, whether it being DeDeDe's constant meddling, or other odd mishaps,
Kirby had been there, every single time.
However, over time, as Kirby got older and began to learn more about how the world works, he started to question himself often.
No one, not even Kirby himself, knew exactly where he came from. The only thing the cappys remember is that Kirby ended up crash landing on Planet Popstar... and that was about it.
There was no evidence of where he had come from, how he ended up inside of a star shaped space ship and why he could suck up enemies and copy their abilities.
Hell, he didn't even know if he even had parents! Perhaps he could've been the by-product of an incomplete black hole, given a physical form due to-
"ugh..."
It was moments like these where Kirby tended to overthink on a specific subject.
Whenever Kirby found himself not being able to sleep, he would simply rest under the tree by his house and think.
This helped to clear up his mind so that he didn't need to worry on a specific thought whenever he was doing other things.
"..."
"hmm..."
"maybe.."
"maybe.. Meta Knight, could be..."
"no, thats a bit out there..."
"But, i guess..."
Kirby had never really thought about it until now, but.. what if Meta Knight.. was his father?
It would probably had explained a few things too. It always seemed that Meta Knight knew a good amount about kirby and his origins.
Kirby had always seen Meta Knight as someone to look up to in terms of fighting capability, and had learned a lot of what he knows from him.
But he never though of the possibility of him being his actual father.
As the sun began to rise, Kirby decided that he would ask Meta Knight if he really did know anything about him.
Today would be a new day.
