Sundering

After decades of long conflict,

After all was said and done.

A peaceful world, is what we hoped,

Azeroth would become.

...

Yet there was a lingering shadow,

That long from us had hidden.

A being that sought to unleash,

Powers long forbidden.

...

The Cataclysm struck world,

Both east and west were sundered.

The elements sealed long ago,

Reached out, struck out for plunder.

...

Our prior unity is diminished,

We all stand alone.

As we bow to wind and fire,

To water and stone.

...

As the disaster makes its mark,

Our world seems ripe to fall.

For Deathwing, the fallen Aspect,

Has unleashed hell upon us all.
