Tales of the Abyss: Guy's Betrayal
Summary: What would it be like if Guy betrayed the gang? AU SETTING.

Update: 5/16/11 – wow, I never posted this so I guess I should get this started.
I'm not sure if i wanna continue this, or just make some drabble chapters that go along with it.
Chapter 1: Prologue.
His right arm was pulsing with pain. His mind turned hazy, and weak. Cerulean eyes grew a dark blue, filled with such anger and hatred. They were murky…almost obscure. He suddenly had this strong urge to strike at the person in front of him. That bright red hair, that he could remember oh so fondly from the past. Those same red tendrils of the man who destroyed everyone and everything he loved. He was a Fabre and he always hated him. With one swing of his blade, he lunged out in attempt for a slash at his back. He wouldn't have known what hit him-
"Look out!"
Damn; he missed, All thanks to the brunette who pushed him away just in time. So he barely missed.
"G-Guy?"
The same redhead questioned, emerald hues widened in astonishment. But he was conscious; and aware. Why in the world would he attack his friend? Some things weren't right. But at the same time it did.
"Deep in your heart, you still want revenge. Kill him. Take the most precious thing your enemy had. So maybe he'd taste a smidge of what you felt. Come on! Strike him. You know you want to…" There had been a voice guiding him inside his mind.
"B-But its Luke…!" Guy argued back.
His body spoke otherwise, charging towards the redhead once more. Luke wasn't stupid enough to fall for the same thing twice; he defended himself from the confused blonde's next strike. But he was struggling. Sure, Luke sparred against Guy before, but this was far more serious than it had ever been.
"Oh no! He's under curse slot. Sync must be nearby!"
"Kill him. Kill him Guy."
