Disclaimer: I don't own Doctor Who, but I do think it might be the best show I've ever seen.
How does it feel? You possess the power to control the whole of the universe. You are the sovereign ruler of Time itself.
"Is there nothing you can't do?"
"Not anymore."
Adelaide recoiled from you in horror, reaching for her gun, but you saw her with your all-seeing gaze, and you snatched the weapon from her belt before she could do anything irredeemably stupid. You looked at her with pity and mild disgust, and then you dragged her back into the TARDIS without a word. She screamed curses at you, called you mad. Yelled that you were drunk on power, that you had no right.
You approached her and she stopped, fear flooding her eyes. You reached out and took her head in your hands, and she collapsed against you. Laying her still form gently on the floor, you set about piloting your TARDIS as though nothing had happened.
The TARDIS landed, and you took Adelaide in your arms and carried her to the doorstep in front of you. You knocked four times on the door, just to spite fate. A young lady opened the door, saw the woman in your arms, and gasped. She spluttered as you brushed past her and placed Adelaide gently on a sofa in the living room. You ignored the lady's babbling questions of how-is-she-here and who-the-hell-are-you, and placing a finger on her lips, you silenced her sternly. You told her that her mother was very ill, needed looking after because she would likely try to hurt herself.
And without any further explanation, you sauntered out the front door and closed it behind you. As you stepped into the TARDIS, you could already feel time bending, shifting. Changing. But in one glorious moment, you decided you didn't care.
How does it feel? You have the entirety of space and time at your fingertips, and no more restrictions. You can rescue anyone you damn well please, and no one can question you. You are the ultimate authority of the universe, and you are through playing by the rules and watching people suffer. Now, you can truly save them.
You are no longer just the Doctor. You are the Time Lord Victorious.
You have been reborn.
