Chapter 1 Poke-mail Heartbreak

Jake, As you know next Friday Shania and I will be traveling to Nishaki Island near Pallet Town for a couple of weeks. This is very hard for me but I think for the good of our relationship we should break up until I return. I can't wait to get back so we can be together again. I'll love you always, Misty
Misty let out a sigh of relief. She had been working on that for over an hour to make sure that it wouldn't kill Jake when he read it. She hoped he would understand and not do anything drastic. He had been known to be the very jealous type.
Just then a message popped up in front of Misty. It was from Shania. Misty wondered what was up and hoped that the trip hadn't been cancelled.

MISTY!!! My mom got us tickets to go tomorrow for an extra week! Can you believe it? Whoopee!! Start packing. I'll be around about 5 to tell you the details.ttyl!!! Your excited BFF, Shania
" Yahoo," Misty screamed. She grabbed every pair of shorts and tank top she had and threw it in her suitcase. Then grabbed all the accessories she could find until her case was full.. She was so excited.
"What's that racket, Misty?" called her sister, Lilly.
"I'm packing! We're leaving tomorrow!! Whoopee!!" *Doorbell rings* "Misty, It's Shania," called her sister Violet. "Coming," called Misty. Misty ran down the stairs and bombarded her friend with questions. "When are we leaving? Are there any cute guys there? Is our hotel nice? I need details!!" Shania told her that the train was leaving at ten the next morning but Misty had to be there at 9:30 sharp to get a compartment to themselves. After they talked Shania left and Misty ate dinner and tried to go to sleep.
Misty never thought she would go to sleep. But when she finally did Misty's sister Lilly interrupted it by waking her up. Misty it's nine!!! You better hurry! Misty got up and took the shortest shower she had ever taken in her life and got dressed even faster. Her sisters had already put her bags in the car and they took her to the station. It was exactly 9:30 when they got there. Her sisters dropped her luggage off at the counter and they said their goodbyes. Misty saw Shania and ran up to her. They said goodbye to Shania's mom and got on the train.
Misty and Shania talked half way and got off for food at the other two stops (Pallet Town and another Cerulean stop). They continued talking when the compartment door opened. A shadow was standing there. When Misty looked closer she gasped and fainted.
How did you like that? It was only my first one.don't be too harsh but stick to what you truly think. Ohhh.. Yeah Misty is 16 and Shania is 16. They live in Misty's hometown of Cerulean.and Nishaki sounds like Ne-sha- key. I appreciate the reviews. I need five before I write the next chapter.
